The staff on regent street branch really went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. The clothes are really lovely and the designs are gorgeous.

I received standard service in the store and I can't say that I was very satisfied at first, but when I went to the cashier to pay, there was a very nice and helpful young man there and my opinion changed completely, I thank him very much.

I was mislead to give my email in the cashier, supposed for receipt. Then given a print receipt. Asked what was the email for if she was printing- said it was company’s policy. I said I didn’t want any marketing when asked. Now I’m getting emails - not correct.

Product was very nice, price was competitive, not very much help from floor staff and sizing was quite small.

Products were great, but didn't understand why the payment place is at the end of store, it is weird and unusual.

Shop was confusing, I felt like I had to walk around 10 times to find what I wanted. The sales assistant was like a brick wall and only grunted when she needed to. I wear headphones when I'm out but I always take them off when I'm interacting with staff so I don't come across as rude, I might as well have left them on.

I purchased my sweater in London Regent Street and every sales assistant I asked help to was very polite and professional.

Lots of nice pieces however sizes are a bit limited. My size wasn't available in a few items that I was interested in purchasing.
