EVERYHING , clean and tidy store nice staff

I had to give an email address to get a receipt. They then spammed me with an email asking for this feedback. I asked to not be subscribed to emails other than receipts, so this is very disappointing.

I shopped in the Oxford Street store for my brother and son, and the range was incredible. The staff were very helpful as i was with my mum who uses a wheelchair. We had to use the lift and staff were attentive. We bought several items and the lady who served us helped swap something out as it was marked.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Oxford St branch of Superdry. I received a bomber jacket as a birthday gift bought it on superdry.com but wanted to exchange it for a different model. When I tried to make the exchange, the cashier processed a return without my consent, leaving me without the option to exchange the item. Despite my complaints, the staff were unhelpful and rude. I ended up paying for my own present! Even when I asked to speak to a manager, I was only given a customer service email address. As someone with over 30 years of experience in customer service, I can confidently say this was the worst service I've ever received. Due to this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from Superdry stores or online.

I've received a great service from 2 members of team , honestly did regret that i haven't asked for their names . Lovely team and super helpful in street store . Super satisfied with my purchase .

Great store, huge, beautiful clothes on the very pricey side of things (I can’t believe they selling men’s cotton sweatshirts for 60 pounds!), amazing designs but super expensive and the garments quality is pretty normal. My only issue is there where only two staff members on the whole store and I had to wait in a queu for 5 mins.
