The free delivery was in good time, and the jumper is lovely & cosy. A perfect length for my wee mum who is only about 4 foot 8 & finds most jumpers are like dresses on her.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. It was easy to purchase items online and if unsuitable it was just as easy to return them back at the store. The sales at the store were very enticing as well. Staff were pleasant and helpful. So overall very positive experience.

Super dry convert
Super dry is not a shop I would have bought from previously, to be honest the people that wore super dry, and the clothing itself were not my scene. However I was very pleased to go in and see a variety of clothes that appealed to me. Great to see bold colours in men’s clothing rather than black, grey and navy.

I returned 2 items and have had no communication from Superdry. I asked for a different size but nothing from them and no refund. Very disappointed in the service. Will be taking this further

Silverburn staff were brilliant!
We visited the store in Silverburn shopping centre. I seen a product I liked but they didn't have my size. The staff were brilliant at sourcing the item online and ordered to my house. Staff were friendly and helpful!
