Found Superdry open at Stansted airport at 4am and the super friendly staff member helped me try on different sizes and colours of a jacket I liked … at 4am!!

I love Superdry. In addition to the design I really appreciate the construction quality. Always very sturdy and well made. This time I bought a jacket for my big son. Overall it was a good experience. The value for money is always SUPER.

The sliders came apart one day into my holiday.
I have used superdry for years but this is by far the worst experience of quality I have seen.
Probably won’t be buying again unfortunately.
Will be looking for a refund once I return from my hols .

Good People, helpful and positive and nice big dressing room with features for disabled too which was nice. They forgot to add a place to hang your clothes while you try on clothes. However, if there is one thing I am upset about it is that the beautiful green jacket I bought with tiger embroidery is made up of a Polyester fabric instead of Silk so it doesn't breathe when I wear it during the summer heat. 🙃 You should not use polyester fabric since polyester is plastic and that's not good for the human body.
