Everything was so easy, online and when I had to return an item to the store. Thank you.

A big shout out to the team in the Truro store, especially to Evie, with some help from Caitlyn. My partner picked up some merch and went to pay with the gift card I got him over 2 years ago (at the start of the first lockdown). Sadly it had expired (understandable, given the length of time, but as my partner was given this when stores were closed, he put it away until he could use it, but forgot), but it still had £100 on it. Evie decided to call Customer Service and arranged for a new gift card to be given to my partner. Too many places adopt a "computer says no" attitude. Evie understood the situation (who would want to lose £100) and obtained the best possible solution for us. Really great service, thank you Evie!

Purchasing from Superdry online is so straightforward. My goods arrived quickly with email updates to let me know my order was received, despatched and when it would be delivered. Also easy to return by post or online if the item was too big or small and receive an exchange or refund. My son wears superdry clothing all the time and we are both very happy with the quality of the product, style and durability.

Perfect fit for me, needed a lightweight jacket for the summer especially when going out if there's any light showers.

Although the item I wanted was not available in the local store the assistant offered to order it for me on line and have it delivered to the store as the usual carrier is unreliable in rural areas. Great. However, when the confirmation email arrived it showed the wrong colour and size of the item I ordered and indicated that it would be delivered to my home address. I had to contact the local store who arranged for the error to be corrected and the correct item arrived one day later than anticipated and I was able to collect it from the store.

Liked the jacket, and the delivery was prompt and smooth!

I ordered from the shop in Truro on Wednesday & received my jacket by Saturday. First class. Wish everyone else were as quick.

We returned to the Truro store to exchange an item. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, offering us a no-question refund. We did however find alternative items, one of which required ordering by post. I received it the following day. Excellent service all round.

As usual, the quality of the hoodie is outstanding. It is a very nice, dark raspberry colour with a subtle logo. It comes up small- I'm a usually XL but had to order XXL.

I did not receive the money on the last return on October 11, they confirmed that they received the product, but with the return money harder ...
