Very poor customer service !! Will not come back again

Customer service was good, this jacket was good as I am regular user of Superdry other product.
Just suggestion T-Shirt with Superdry word printed which was fadded after 3-4 months use, so this should be either embroidered or printed in such a way that it wouldn't fade after few months

The service was really good

After placing an order in store delivery was made within 2 days and this was over the Christmas period. Delivery driver was on time. Brilliant service.

SuperDry offer terrible customer service and I doubt that I shall ever purchase another item from them.
I bought an expensive jacket for my granddaughter before Christmas in 2022. The jacket was washed just before this Christmas 2023 and despite washing in accordance with instructions, the jacket filling became lumpy and uneven so we took it back to the Watford store on Boxing Day.
The manager refused to change it because it was ten days outside the warranty period. He acknowledged that the jacket was unwearable but would not budge.
The jacket was unfit for purpose, had only been washed once but "the computer said no".
He suggested writing int o customer service and telling them that he agreed the jacket was unwearable but that he couldn't change it because it was ten days outside the warranty period. Maybe they would then authorise an exchange.
That is terrible customer service and poor customer relations.
Shop elsewhere!
