Sent the wrong size
Sent the wrong size. I sent a message to your customer service and did not get a response. I ordered size 6 you sent size 7. I tried wearing them with socks but still too big. I bought a size 6 from a 'superdry' seller on eBay. Since I bought another pair, I would like a refund. I don't know how you decided to send the wrong size.

My Superdry store closed in SF! But online, still open!!!!
My Superdry store here in San Francisco your Market street location in Westfield Mall closed. I know the company hasn’t done so well during the Pandemic. I usually shop when Superdry had sales on their hoodies!!! I actually own several Jackets and gear (backpack hat) I buy the Polo’s for work! I am a big guy but you XL, XXL, XXXL sizes fit me well along with your jackets. My last order I got 2 polos, a crew sweatshirt, and a leather vintage jacket! I will continue to shop online because your prices are right for the fashion, quality durable clothes and fast shipping. Customer concerns through e-mail are responded within 24 hours!!! Stay open online for me! You will have my business! If you come back to SF I’ll be there at your Grand Opening!!!❤️

Good and easy
It is easy to order online and very easy also to return the item/s without question. They very accommodation to answer all your concerns. And the refund is very fast. Hopefully they have more store location.
