Exceptional customer service
My order was delayed and eventually returned during delivery, but the customer service was outstanding throughout. The team kept me updated at every stage, communicated clearly, and handled everything on my behalf.
They went above and beyond to make sure I still received the shoes, especially considering it was the last pair available in my size. The whole process was stress-free thanks to how professional and helpful they were.
Really impressed and would happily order from them again.
