Super Silent Discos Ltd Avaliações

We hired the silent disco for my daughter's 12th birthday party and paid for 3 channels. Sadly, only 2 worked. Despite talking to the technical team on WhatsApp for nearly 4 hours and being advised to turn off and on, replug in and take apart the transmitter box to check the antennae connection, we were unable to get the 3rd box working. The sound quality on what worked was good and everything was clean and did what it was supposed to. It was disappointing to have the missing channel. When packing up to send back, Royal Mail cancelled the collection which proved very stressful as there are reminders that you will be charged extra if not returned by a specific date. I contacted the company to be partially refunded having not received the full service I paid for but have not received a response. Another disappointment.

Really great service from start to finish. The headsets were brilliant for our fundraising event and everyone had such a good time! Would definitely recommend.

Great experience, daughter had a fab birthday. I struggled a bit with all the different wires and tech but got there eventually when I called the SSD team and they picked up the phone pretty quickly to help. Thank you! We'll definitely come back for my son's birthday in the future.

Straightforward and idiot proof! Clear instructions and the equipment all well maintained and perfectly packed and presented. Couldn't have been better! Will definitely use again :)

Absolutely brilliant company. Delivered perfectly. Very easy to set up (and very helpful by being online for our questions on the night). Easy to send back and deposit refunded promptly. We’re about to book again for a bigger party!

Super easy experience to hire what we needed. We opted for 20 head sets, three transmitters and a bubble machine. The set up instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow - even when they didn’t work the first time, their troubleshooting section resolved it immediately. Delivery was meant to be one day, so I waited in, but then received an email from royal mail saying delivery would be the next day. Slightly annoying but what can you do. To send back was a breeze - pack up, book a collection through royal mail and hand over to your local postie.

Brilliant service from delivery to collection Good communication, very helpful and a really fun way to celebrate my 60th birthday. I just need something else now to celebrate for an excuse to book again. Thanks ⭐️

No fuss. Clear pricing, Easy to book, home delivery, clear instructions and set upade for a great party. Return process was also easy with home collection. Will certainly be booking again.

Great communication, reasonable price and easy set up

Great experience very professional would definitely use again

Having to Video putting it all back in the box and two head sets not working correctly and parcel force not picking up when scheduled was very inconvenient .
The bubble machine
Addition was a great hit and worked really well

The customer service provided was excellent. Prompt communication and the equipment was delivered on time and in great condition. No issues with any aspect of this service and would use again.

I've used Super Silent Discos on several occasions now and they always go down great with all the attendees. From booking and delivery, setup to return; everything is simple and easy. A great business model and a fantastic service that continues to bring fun and joy to those who use it.

Delivery and return was great
The system all worked just as described and they included great instructions!
We had an absolute blast!!!

Only small issue was the bubble machine didn’t work that well. But apart from that we loved everything!

A great experience from start to finish. Communication was prompt and helpful, making the whole booking process completely stress-free. The instructions were very helpful and detailed. The children had an absolute blast using the headsets for their silent disco, and everything worked seamlessly on the day. Great equipment, brilliant service, and highly recommended for any event.

We used super silent discos for a hen do recently where we threw our own festival at a glamping site! They were super easy to set up , all the cables already plugged in to the right things, you just have to plug into your device or use the Bluetooth connector and it’s good to go! We had a slightly hiccup with the delivery but Vicky was so helpful and went out of her way to get it sorted for me so I really appreciated that! Everyone had a great time and really affordable , would definitely recommend :)

Very easy to check everything in box when delivered. Packed very well and checklist available to check against. System was very easy to set up and return was very simple at post office. Had a great night and everyone in our group of 35 enjoyed it.

Excellent service from start to finish. Equipment was delivered on time, all in working order, we had a really fun night and then it was easy to return. Thank-you Vicky!

If you are planning a silent disco (which you definitely should) - these guys are amazing. Great communication. Everything arrived a couple of days before the big day, packed to perfection. Super easy instructions for the setup. Equipment was faultless. After party instructions just as good - the whole process has been thoroughly thought through so you don't have to worry about a thing! Would recommend to anyone who asks!! Thank you!

Great service. Very easy and accommodating.
