I find the reminder emails for my supplements useful for reordering. The quality of items and speed of delivery is excellent. I have been buying from this company for some years and will continue to do so. Also, supplements are reasonably priced

Very good range . They come in pouches so saves cupboard space and they can fit through letterbox when delivered . Also free postage so one can order what is wanted at any time without having to make up a large order to save on postage like some other companies

I've been taking Supplemented's Vegan Omega 3 Algae Oil soft capsules, one a day, for years now and have seen my immunity boosted tremendously as a result. I like the fact that the oil comes straight from the algae, not via a fish's liver, so I believe it's more effective.

Been using British Supplement for couple years now, best vitamins by far. Just about to re order again!! I buy Milk Thistle, blueberry, b6, b12, vit d3 with k2, nac magnesium. Helped me enormously. Thankyou British Supplement!!

Been on subscription for many years...ordered resveratrol wich was 180x2 capsules at 1000mg and it was just over £10..order never came, contacted them said its been dispatched, then still never came so emailed again, then out of the blue got a refund..checked on the website and resverstrol is now 180 capsules for 500g pack at £26.99 that's shocking, won't buy anymore and cancel my subscriptions..I know things go up but that is just bad business and greed.

Scam products . Advertise products different than the analysis they provided. and analysis are many years older Than the best before.. Example. got French maritime pine bark ( Pinus pinaster) but the analysis say Taiwan pine ( Pinus massoniana )

Consistency counts in today's world and Supplemented team deserve the 5+ stars because I have remained a customer for quite awhile now and have no plans to leave. From my first order to the latest which arrived this week..the track record for quality products and excellent service has never changed. Though it may have been a fluke discovery when I made my first order..this wil be a lasting relationship and I recommend that you follow in my footsteps! It can't get better than this.

Easy to use, good prices, efficient delivery

The order was delivery in to a wrong address and got stolen. This was properly recorded in their tracking systems and when I contacted the costumer service team they did not want to offer me any solution. Horrible service and money lost. Please do not buy anything through them.

Postage time is ridiculous! I emailed them after 4 days to remind them that they aren't posting from overseas. They blamed Royal Mail of course. Truth is, they use minimum postage cost as standard. It took a week for my package to arrive.
I won't be using you again unless and until you get your act together and send items 1st class as standard postage. I spent £46 on my order and you take a week to deliver it??? I've read similar reviews about this company. Customers won't stand for it. I certainly won't spend my money here again.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery on Tuesday,Thursday and I received email telling me sorry there's been a delay,we will try to resolve this in the next 24 hors!!!! Supplemented customer service is diabolical, no number to call and discuss. Just message them and they will get back as soon as possible!?! Disgraceful, want my £5 next day delivery fee back,would of been as quick with free delivery .finally had a reply and they say delivery is in our terms??? When advertised £5 for next day delivery, it means next day.its fraud and extortion, its no different to advertising 100 tablets and getting fifty!!! Company are as bad as scammers,you can't advertise £5 for next day delivery and then say sorry but it's in our terms about delivery!?!?! It's false advertising and fraudulently obtaining money!!! Ompany shouldn't be allowed to trade!!!! I've read how many others this has happened to and not been refunded when paying for something that's not materialised so how much have they earned fraudulently?? I mean over the years if 100,000 people have had this happen that's 500000 grand obtained fraudulently!!! It wouldn't make a difference if it was a pound a time,its the principle and the audacity to advertise for extra money for next day and its not actually guaranteed??? So again you cannot advertise next day(which in plain english) means next day !!! Again absolute disgrace of a company and how trading standards allow this shows ate also a joke!!!also in the response I received, it also said,the next day delivery option is still faster than free delivery which is 3-5 days!?!?! How does that pathetic excuse justify next day delivery which isn't? They sound like politicians always having an excuse which is dam rude,that dosent excuse advertising next day delivery as next day delivery means,NEXT day delivery!!! What a comical company. I'm still baffled by the excuse of next day delivery (even though not next day) can be justified by saying its still quicker than free delivery!!!!!!!!!!! They should be prosecuted for false advertising/fraud and extortion

Been a customer for a long time when they used to be on Amazon and now through their own website - paid £5 for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive for 2 days and they won’t refund me my delivery fee because it’s in their terms and conditions- not exactly right is it? Has asked for a manager 3 times and get nowhere - won’t be shopping with them again and they don’t seem to care about that ..

I am a longstanding customer of Supplemented.co.uk and until recently, I have always been really happy with their service. I am really unsatisfied with my experience regarding my last two orders, however.

After purchasing a notable amount of items in an order I recently placed, I qualified for free next day delivery due to my spend amount. Due to the late time of my order in the afternoon however, I anticipated that I may receive my items after two days instead of the following day. In reality, I was waiting almost a week before my items arrived, and in one of the pouches of vitamins I received, there were several empty husk shells indicating a lack of quality checking prior to shipment.

My latest order was cancelled immediately after I placed it due to an error at my end. However, my (
cancellation request has been ignored- despite me emailing the customer service team several days ago- immediately after I had placed the order.

I am extremely disappointed that my last few experiences with Supplemented.co.uk have been less than desirable. It will definitely deter me from continuing to recommend this company to others, or from placing further orders with the business going forward.
