Ich bin nach Izmir, Türkei, gereist, um die lang geplante Haartransplantation durchführen zu lassen. Nach drei Monaten bin ich mit den Ergebnissen zufrieden und danke dem Team. Can’t thank you enough
This is my 2nd time using surgerytr for my cosmetic surgery. First time was just under 2 years ago. The whole process from start to finish has ran so smoothly. My co ordinator updated me on any changes as soon as it happened and updated my itinary. Transfer was smooth once landed very friendly. Hotel experience was amazing. And of course the surgery itself went better than planned. From the bottom of my heart thank you surgertr for making my entire experience worth it. I will be sure to recommend you to all my friends and family wanting surgery and hopefully see you guys again soon for my teeth. Thanks again ☺️☺️

I am From Canada, and decided to have SurgeryTR do my hair transplant after researching three other companied in Turkiye. The reason was the way they treated my questions, I had the privilege of dealing with Sam, he answered all my concerns and questions very quickly and made me feel comfortable with going forward with SurgeryTr. They asked for a small deposit to hold the price and I had 6 months to make the appointment, I decided to go early as I knew my journey for a full head of hair was about one year so I Decided to go in February 2025. Before I went I was contacted by a wonderful lady named Seher she works in the operation Department and her job is to make sure your questions are answered that you understand the before and after post operation procedures, arranged my transfer from the Airport to the Hotel, which was for sure a 4 star, great location and friendly staff breakfast was included. Seher just made you feel comfortable she in my opinion is a very compassionate person and very helpful and made sure the whole procedure went smoothly. One thing the company did was to make sure you had a English interpreter with you when you met the Hospital staff so there was no confusion .All in all a very profession well run company, the cost was a third of the cost in Canada. I am very happy with my choice of SurgeryTR, my only regret was knowing about them years ago. I would and will be referring them to friends who would like to have a hair transplant. SurgeryTR also does many other procedures as I also had Blepharoplasty done and Rhytidectomy. Fantastic results and the company follows up with all their patients for a year.

El procedimiento se sintió incompleto y los resultados no fueron los esperados. A pesar de las promesas de un cambio significativo, noté que había áreas que no se habían tratado adecuadamente, lo que dejó un aspecto desigual y poco natural. Además, la atención al cliente después del procedimiento fue deficiente, ya que no recibí el seguimiento necesario para abordar mis preocupaciones. Hemos leído atentamente su reseña y nos gustaría aclarar que, desde el inicio de su proceso de tratamiento, tuvo dos consultas presenciales y una videollamada con nuestro doctor, durante las cuales se explicó cada detalle del tratamiento en profundidad. El plan de tratamiento se estableció con su total comprensión y aprobación antes de proceder con la cirugía. El procedimiento fue médicamente exitoso, pero no recibimos respuesta a los mensajes que enviamos para hacer seguimiento de su proceso de recuperación. Por lo tanto, no pudimos monitorear completamente su experiencia postoperatoria.
Los resultados de procedimientos estéticos como el lifting facial pueden no coincidir completamente con las expectativas personales. Sin embargo, esto no significa que el servicio proporcionado haya sido de mala calidad o defectuoso. Por el contrario, este tipo de situaciones suelen derivarse de diferencias en las preferencias personales.
Siempre nos esforzamos por ofrecer el servicio de la más alta calidad y trabajamos continuamente para mejorar en función de los comentarios que recibimos. No obstante, en lugar de evaluar un resultado que no cumple con sus expectativas, realizar comentarios despectivos como este muestra una falta de respeto hacia el proceso y el esfuerzo dedicado.
Esperamos que en el futuro tenga una experiencia que se ajuste mejor a sus expectativas. No obstante, siempre estaremos encantados de ayudarle.

The translator we was given was amazing friendly and welcoming and always stayed in contract . The care team always checking in you and helpful with any questions you have when you get home . 0.5 held back for a clinical over compassion-based approach to patient care.
I had a breast reduction/uplift and brachioplasty. The entire process was like a well-oiled machine from pickup at airport to hotel check-in, transport to clinic, pre-surgery work, surgery and post-op care. The clinic and staff know exactly what they're doing and execute all steps extremely well. I'm only four days post-op but I very much believe I'll be happy with the results.
The bedside manner of the staff is very clinical and was lacking in bedside manner and compassion, but also extremely efficient and conscientious.
Although most of the staff speak very little to no English, understandably, Hamza is provided as a sort of patient advocate/conduit. Hamza is the people part of the clinic and makes everything accessible between clinic staff and patient. I was phenomenally grateful for his presence, compassion, understanding and attention to detail in promoting communication between myself and clinic staff. I don't think the the clinic could operate as well as it does without Hamza. Absolute star.

I was referred by friends to SurgeryTR. As they said, this company is very professional and well planned out. The transfer from the airport, meeting Homza at the hotel, all the details were perfect. I came alone and Homza made the entire experience comfortable and he was always there just a call or text away. Initially I worked with Damla, who was very responsive and followed up with answers to all my questions. I arrived on Monday late and had my surgery Tuesday morning at the hospital. Before the surgery, I had many questions and Homza translated everything. I was nervous, but 45 minutes later, my neck lift was finished and I was on my way back to the hotel. The hotel was clean and convenient. Breakfast was included each day. This company really has worked out all the details and I was very impressed from beginning to end.

Best decision I have ever made.
It’s been just over 12 months since my hair transplant. I can honestly say it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done. My confidence is high and I feel better in myself in general. The results are better than I could have imagined.
Naturally the people that know me are aware I have had a transplant. However, people that have never seen me before have no idea. They are genuinely shocked when I tell them.
As said before, SurgeryTR were great. Highly professional and caring. I could not recommend them more.

scammers. think twice before going to them. many people complain that they have problems after the surgery. They don't give you a guarantee. I had eye surgery and they guaranteed me 100%. but after the surgery I told Hamza, the doctor and the people who contacted me that I can't see well. I see worse than before the surgery. That I can't see clearly.. everything is foggy, blurred. It's like there's steam around me. I stayed a week in Turkey but they didn't want to check what the problem was. Now they are sending me to do refractometer, keratometer topography tests at my own expense in the UK.. I pay for taxi, tests. They think in England it's free.
