What a lovely idea to add some extra fun into a relationship. The service from purchase was fantastic and the book looks amazing. We have yet to start it but from reading how to use it, it sounds very easy to follow and we can't wait to get started!

Yes I understand it's a date night book, but as per the book there's a whole page in it explaining the dates and it clearly says it will specify the time of day the date could take place. And it's even advertised on the website with a date that says it can take place anytime, in the date night book. So there's an error somewhere!

I ordered the date and couples bundle as a gift and the books themselves are a nice idea. However there's a rather large flaw in one of the books, as it states that on each date there will be an indication as to the time of day the date can take place but one of my books is missing this information. Which makes it difficult which surprise date to choose when you don't know when to do it! There are also errors to the wording etc such as wrong words used, missing words, grammar errors such as no spaces between words etc.
I have emailed and am waiting for a response to sort this out, my main issue being a functioning book as they aren't exactly cheap.

UNBELIEVABLY GRATEFUL!!! Saw an advert for Suprise Adventure come up on Facebook and I was instantly drawn to it! I just thought
“I need one!” Price is shockingly low only £19.99 with Free 48hr Tracked Delivery whereas I’ve bought ones previously which has exceeded £40.00! Bargain!!!!!🙂
How can you go wrong? I have just now realised that I made a mistake so I used the “Contact Us” function on their website to which they have responded to me within 24hrs (I don’t know any other company to respond that quick nowadays) as stupid me never made an account so I couldn’t track my order progress and at last minute, through my phone it’s obviously auto inputted my address which I haven’t lived at now for well over 6 months and Suprise Adventure are very kindly sending me a new one out to my new address free of charge! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much🩷 You’ve made my day!

I ordered a couple’s surprise adventure book and a family surprise adventure book as Christmas presents. When they arrived there was some damage to them, which is likely to have happened in transit, but stopped them from being suitable as presents. After emailing this information to the company, the situation was rectified immediately and I was able to give perfect Christmas presents on time, which went down really well as it’s a great idea and will be enjoyed throughout the year. The ordering process, communications and service throughout were excellent. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I’ve seen these adventure books advertised and was in two minds whether to purchase one. But then I gave it a whirl as a Christmas present for my husband.
It was a last minute gift that I ordered on 19/12 and when it hadn't arrived on the 21st I got in touch with the team. The lovely Sophie Reynolds who is the Customer Happiness Manager replied within 2 hours and confirmed the order had been processed and on the way. She was just in the process of confirming tracking details for Royal Mail when my order arrived on the Friday morning! Phew

I’ve always wanted one of these adventure books but never really purchased one… until I decided to gift both me and my fiancé for Christmas and I am soooo excited to start making new memories, thanks to you! It was a last minute gift, and I wasn’t sure it would arrive on time for Christmas, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it really is a 48h royal mail delivery!

I came across an advertisement on Facebook and loved the idea. I must admit, I was a little apprehensive to purchase at first, as a not used before.
My purchase was smooth and I was always kept up to date of the order/delivery progress. I have just given it to my husband to open and he loves it and the idea of it. It’s something we are going to be using going into next year to make more memory’s and do/see things we may not have thought of before. Looking forward to making more memories 😊

My £70 order still hasn't arrived despite multiple emails to try and sort.

Was assured that order was dispatched after 1 working day - but never received the dispatch email to say this until I got in touch to query, which was several days after.

Assured they have used Royal mail 48 hour but then told this can still take up to 10.days and i cannot track until royal mail have tried to deliver.

Lastly, still not been given returnes/refund options after asking, specifically, twice.

Bought as Christmas gift for 22yo daughter and her friend(s). She says it's 'cute' and looks forward to lots of new adventures with her friends in 2024.

I got this as a last minute stocking filler for my husband, he loved it and can't wait to.try it all.out.
Delivery was very quick.

I recently ordered this for my friend and her partner, it was sue to arrive in a few days which tied in with me going to visit them (the stay over 40 miles away). When this didn’t arrive I reached out to Surprise Adventure who provided me with the tracking number, RM said this was delivered so I went back to SA who arranged a replacement right away. Very happy with the book when it eventually arrived and very good customer service from SA. Will definitely use them again

The books are fine but they really aren’t worth the money, at the sale price! Definitely not worth the claimed full price. I ordered 3 (£60) but the package had only 2 extras sheets so I could only put one in 2 of the 3 books, it seemed there should have been 2 (or at least 1) for each book.
The basic premise is good but the book itself looks like a pretty cheap annual. Disappointing. There are better options out there that are better quality. I had to buy additional gifts to pad out the present because the books did not look worth £20-25 of value.
It transpires the sheets were a “free gift” for spending £30 I had two because I spent £60 - company says it was a bonus. That means that without the extra sheets you get the exact number for the squares for the 40 days but no spares for the extra boxes in the book, which makes it even odder.

Watch out for the company asking for order details months after your review (fortunately I still had mine) in an attempt to get honest reviews removed!

Really impressed with the quality of the books they made a fantastic present for my wife for Christmas. We are really looking forward to using them and getting out on some adventures together. We have said for ages we need to do more together and this will give us plenty of ideas spend quality time together.

Partner is so happy with it she absolutely loves it such a good idea for couples

The books arrived very promptly after they were ordered. They are high quality and my wife was over the moon with the gift. The instructions in the books are very clear but give a lot of room for interpretation and customisation to suit us. We can't wait to get going and create and collect so many memories.

Bought as gift once this is handed over we will start doing the adventures. Hoping we will have fun doing them Looks a dec mt quality book
