I would avoid this company at all costs.

I recently reported a fault that developed with a car that I bought five months ago, and have repeatedly been told that Surrey Specialist Cars can't, or won't assist with the repairs, despite their legal obligation to do so. This refusal to repair the car is illegal, in accordance with the 2015 Consumer Rights Act, and the company still won't offer a repair, despite being reminded as such. It has been a month now, and I've had to be without a car for the entirety of this time, due to the lack of assistance.

I'm now having to request an Alternative Dispute Resolution, and will potentially have to take the matter to Small Claims Court.

Please save yourself the trouble, and hassle, and take your business literally anywhere else.

Recently purchased a VW Golf from SSC and dealt with Mark who handed our enquiry all the way to handover and we couldnt fault the service.
