I'll give one star in the company's favour as they did respond to my email asking to change the size of the ""table". Quality wise, garbage. The staining for the colour looks like someone has spilt a cup of tea over it, it wobbles and is basically 3 pieces of cheap wood held together with 2 planks underneath. The 3 top pieces do not even sit flush. It is a piece of c#ap.

It was easy to put together and the quality is fantastic!

Slow delivery had to chase no response! Eventually arrived following dispute raised with the bank, anyway horrendous quality, had to give up and bin the lot! I’ll expect a full refund! Please don’t use this company!

I have ordered from this company twice before with no problem but this time my order didn’t arrive so I filled in the ‘contact us’ box but no reply…. have done so again so 🤞 but very disappointed.

Awful company, avoid at all costs! Ordered a print on 31st January, have received nothing other than a confirmation email. Have emailed several times to ask for an update and still not received a single reply to any emails. It’s now 23rd February and still no item or reply to any emails!

Ordered a wall decal for our living room. From the time of ordering & paying and after 3-4 weeks of waiting for the product and numerous emails to chase up the product arrival, we received the decal yesterday (19.02.26).

Followed the supplied instructions to prep before applying to our wall. The letters/words are failing to come away from the backing paper. My wife & I have rubbed, rubbed & rubbed some more over the decal to get it to come away from the backing paper and to no avail.

So, I've now emailed the company to request a return & refund.

I wish I'd checked reviews on this company before hand as I would not have placed an order with them.

One reviewer states that she's surprised at the amount of bad reviews for this company as she has had positive success. But, please people, 86% of 1 star reviews says it all about this company and the quality of products. If it was a small percentage of 1 star ratings then one would look to the amount of positives that would outweigh the negatives but this company is one of the worst I've seen in terms of it's poor review ratings.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS & SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Update 01.03.26: I have received a full refund from SW C.

Ordered the same Wall Design Decal from a company called ICON. From ordering to delivery to applying the decal to our wall, it all took 1 week. Easy ordering. Excellent communication from ICON and the decal, although lengthy in time to apply to our wall, is tip top quality and looks brilliant. And it only cost £2 more than the poor decal from SW C.

Unable to choose no star review!
Took my money and didn’t deliver my order. Literally daylight robbery.

Very poor made my order over 3 weeks ago now and only had a response on my first email I sent. I have sent a few emails now and haven’t had a response, would not recommend using this company

Made an order. Got response after delayed delivery that it was being shipped. After another week still hadn’t received - now no longer responding to emails regarding the order and still not received. Suspect the company is a scam.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews on here. I made a mistake when I ordered my item and they quickly replied and corrected my error. The delivery was slow and after reading reviews I panicked a little. My item arrived today and I am very happy with it. Don’t always trust what you read.

Emailed me to say sorry after my bad review and that it was being sent out Monday. All lies nothing has been sent out. do not order from them or trust that they will send out your order.

Well finally the bookmark has arrived, not that I was advised of it actually being shipped! The item itself is very nice and I am pleased with it. I feel this company needs to be more on the ball with regards to communicating with people both answering queries and shipment

DO NOT USE..I should of read reviews before purchase. Ordered a personalised mug it never came and dont respond to emails.
How they can still operate i dont know.

I've rated this 1 only because 0 isn't available, and I wish I'd checked on Trust Pilot before ordering.
My experience echoes so many reviews on here - my order didn't arrive, emailed SWCreations to ask when it would be sent, no reply. Emailed again asking for a delivery date or a refund. Still waiting. Next step is ask my card company to do a charge back and refund my account.
AVOID this company.

Company needs shutting down. No response, no product. Thankfully my bank gave me a refund.

I received an e mail from the SWCreations Team saying "Let Us Know What You Think"

I replied saying I was very disappointed with the quality of the sticker, it would not transfer to the clear layer at all. I sent a photo of a previous one I successfully applied to my kitchen wall, which was of a more superior quality.
They have not even got the decency to reply!

Ordered a wall decal. Nothing received. No apologies. Poor service. No refund. And wall left empty. That's £15 I won't see again.

Absolutely terrible company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order on the 25/06/25 which should have arrived in 5 days. I contacted them on 18/07/25 as still not arrived. I was told my wall sticker was out of stock but would be back in within a couple of days with a promise it would be dispatched. I had no response at all from further emails on the 24th & 25th July.
PayPal have now refunded me in full.
Terrible company, avoid if you do not want to lose your money.

Placed an order for some tote bags as end of year presents for my daughter’s teachers from a collection that I had arranged with other parents, still nothing has arrived and they finish next week! Have messaged the company but no response, after reading all these reviews I now don’t know what to do! Don’t think these bags are ever going to arrive by the sounds of it and it’s not just my money!
