I've only had this serum for a week and…
I've only had this serum for a week and so far it hasn't made any difference. However, it's very early days so I will update this review in a few weeks. Really hope it is going to help my hyperhidrosis.

Unfortunately it hasn’t worked at well for me. I put it on and was sweating and it ran into my eye which caused a lot of burning and pain for over 24hrs. I would suggest you be very careful using this product if you do purchase it. A week later and my eye still burns when blinking.

Not impressed!
I was hoping the facial serum would help control the excessive sweating on my face when I feel hot. This product doesn’t work. I’ve given it 2 stars because it smells good and the serum is light, non greasy and drys quickly. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be buying it again.

I’ve been a user of Sweat Guard roll on…
I’ve been a user of Sweat Guard roll on for the last 4 years. It was brilliant!!!! The only thing that worked for me. But since the re brand it barely holds up more than a couple of hours!!!! It’s really sticky, and deffinatly does NOT keep odour at bay like it used to. It’s almost as good as usless for me now. Although they state the formula is the same, something clearly HAS changed!!!
Now on the hunt for a new brand. :(

Disappointing
Since the new design/formula I haven’t felt like this was the same effectiveness. I did reach out to them and they suggested I buy a different fragrance , which would of course be more money. I asked for a trial (or even they could have replaced) but they weren’t interested. Been a customer for years, really disappointed and was very happy before. Will now try another brand. Much prefer the old one. Sorry guys.

First time user! Used to have sweat run down back! After first use I hardly had any sweat all day! Has got better the more I’ve used it! Still sweat when really exerting myself but no where near the same amount! Would well recommend! No problem with any reactions!

Wow, wow, wow.
Finally I’m on the board. Perimenopause 481 : me 1
I’ve just done two hours of weeding in 35° heat and had my husband sacrifice himself to have a sniff of my armpits- N O T H I N G.
What is this brave new world? I can walk places without calculating what to wear, or how late I can get away with a shower?
I have the sea moss stick and the soap. I actually use a biodegradable shower gel first and then the soap on armpits,underboob, lower back and the nape of my neck. Dry with a towel then hair dryer to make sure, then slick the deodorant stick on and dry with hair dryer again. It still feels slightly balmy but not wet or greasy, and hasn’t damaged my tops so far. I may try the spray or roll on at some point just to see whether they dry quicker or last longer (the stick looks like it’ll wear down fairly quickly) but I’m going to subscribe to this stuff, definitely.

I have been a customer of sweatguard…
I have been a customer of sweatguard for many years - feet and hands it was the only thing I found that worked . . . . However all products have changed, the roll on replaced by a gel - I really have tried with this gel using exactly as directed for weeks. It has made no difference at all. It is so disappointing the company have changed from a product that worked so well to not at all. Had I known the roll on was going to be discontinued I’d have stocked up! Sweat guard pls bring your old products back!

I’ve been ordering for years - formula definitely changed. No longer keeps sweat at bay.
I’ve been ordering for years. Since they updated the packaging the product suddenly no longer works. I bought a new one in June 2026 so I can confidently say I now sweat profusely with this when my underarms used to be dry with the old version. I came here to see if I’m going crazy and thankfully have seen reviews similar to mine. Very dissatisfied - it wasn’t broken there was no need to fix it!

THEY DONT WORK …
I have used the roll ons and sprays including the ones described as gentle on ones skin for a number of months now and they all have 2 things in common they irritate the skin and more importantly DONT WORK I'm extremely disappointed. I have spent about £70 on these products.

Don't change what isn't broken
I've been a customer for years and used SweatGuard Extreme to manage hyperhidrosis and it totally revolutionised my life. I had confidence at work, was able to wear colours other than black for the 1st time in decades and it was liberating.
I received my 1st bottle in the newly revamped packaging a few months ago and my experience with this product could not be more different. I may as well be rolling pure water under my pits, for all the effect it has. SweatGuard tell me that the formulation is identical to the old Extreme formula. My experience with it tells me that this is nonsense. Something fundamental has changed and the SweatGuard roll on is now completely ineffective. It does not control sweat and it does not control odour. It actually is less effective now than a supermarket own brand, standard antiperspirant.
I am really gutted to have lost a product that genuinely worked for me. I'm frustrated by SweatGuard's insistence that the product formulation is unaltered, when it very clearly is. There is presumably a margin that allows them to claim an identical formulation whilst some of the key ingredients are the same, and allows them leeway when the proportions alter, or additional ingredients are added. I see from the reviews that I'm far from the only customer that has noted that the new product roll-on is no longer in the slightest bit effective.
Not cool SweatGuard, I've got zero time for a company that is clearly not being honest with its customers - especially when asked a direct question. I've cancelled my subscriptions and my entire account.
EDIT:
Well, I note the SweatGuard reply to my review was that they're sorry I'm so disappointed "despite support from their team". Just for clarity, I should say that the "support" they refer to has been emails telling me that the product is not changed and checking I know how to use it!! If I could shave any stars off this review, I'd be doing that now. Dishonest.

Disappointed
One Sweat Guard pad was as it should be. The other came away in layers when i tried to peel off the cover on the sticky side. I was away from home and couldn't replace the one that fell apart so I ended up using neither pad.

Excellent service and products
Received my items very quickly, no problems at all. I've been using the serum and the cream since getting them. I was dubious they would help, but they have definitely kept my face fresh and sweat free. My skin feels good and it's given me more confidence. I would highly recommend the company and their products. I have already recommended them to my mum, who also suffers with face sweat. I'm so glad I found these products.

Finally found something that works and perfect timing for a heatwave! I’ve struggled with excessive perspiration on my neck and scalp and this really helps.
