Fraudsters. Customer support is non-existent. Yes you read right. Their services are non-existent as well. I deposited $80 into their account and filled their contact form. Got no replies, no notification, no feedback nor follow-up. They don't even respond on Skype, phone, website chat or emails. All the positive reviews about this company are fake and bought, solicited through fraudulent means. It seems they spend time spamming forums with fake reviews rather than providing service. Their fees are also way too expensive when compared with other companies. Stay away from this company. FRAUDSTERS !!! I have had a much better experience with USunlocked. USunlocked is more reliable, cheaper, professional and responsive than Swiftpaycard.

To any Swiftpaycard representative reading this, please refund my money as soon as possible !!!!

These are scammers. They sell you a card, but it's impossible to pay with it. Support simply does not answer you (just ignores you).

I pay 56$ for a virtual card and after paying they send me a card who is not working, any platform is accepting this card, and saying that this card not exist or contact your bank. I write them asking them to solve it several days almost 8 days and they are seeing messages and don't reply me. Please don't do this error to trust and give them your money.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

It's a scam! Their website is confusing and misleading on how the process works. It's not as simple as purchasing a virtual card. STAY AWAY!

UPDATE: My experience has been VERIFIED! These guys told Trustpilot that they didn't believe my review was based on a real experience, but it didn't work. I SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTATION OF MY INTERACTION WITH THEM.
****ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS INCLUDE DETAILED ACCOUNT OF HOW SWIFTPAYCARD IS A SCAM****all the positive reviews are generic...I wonder if Trustpilot verified the positive ones, how many would be able to prove actual interaction and not just an employee.

my issue added funds to my swift pay-card is solved, i am sorry for in patience for writing bad review. money is added to my account today. but please support teams 4$ was deducted out my the money i deposited please help me solve the issue and reply my telegram chat. Please try to make fast support for customer's mail or chat support, so that some people won't think you people are scammers
