Payment Not Reflecting in Account!
I made a payment of $43.75 to credit my swiftpaycard account and purchase a card, but even after confirming the so-called shipment on PayPal, my account balance is still flat zero($0).
I tried contacting customer rep on Skype, but there's no single soul there to attend to me.
I tried reaching them through the support ticket in my account, but that too isn't working.
I'm all fed up.
I knew I should have listened to my guts and steered off this site in the first place, but If this nonsense persists, I will immediatel open a dispute with them on PayPal.
It's so frustrating!

UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 STARS because they instantly fixed the issues without any delay.
They're not fraud or scammers in any way.
Their Customer support is excellent. They contacted me themselves exactly 5 minutes after writing this review.
My payment instantly reflected in my account. Feel free to do your transactions with them.

Honestly
Honestly, took some time to talk to their support and get on the same page, but eventually I did receive the service I paid for. I don’t think they are a large business and this means they can be slow. But they try hard to make there customers happy and I appreciated the effort. I, frankly, did suspect that they were a scam before, but now that I got the card after contacting them on skype I can say that they seem legit.

you you alred get card and used service. you 2 paypal transaction reversal on paypal. we received 35$ in paypal and you order 10$ balance with card.so reversal amount not possible to load in your card. that simple matter but without reason you saying we are scam.
