I have had many loans through Swoosh Finance since 2021, always paid out early.
I recently had a message from Swoosh offering to refinance my current loan, as I have a couple hundred left before it is paid out.
So I applied pre-approved.
I accidentally entered the wrong reason for the loan and so it was declined. I spent 3 weeks trying to call and left emails with no assistance or response.
Finally, I managed to get in contact with someone today and she couldn't have given less of a shit.
And advised I would have to wait another month before trying to apply again. Pretty piss poor if you ask me.
If you would like to get a loan, do not bother with Swoosh as they are not genuine or understanding.
