Prompt on start up time for remote advice. Very quick and competent in sorting difficulties. I have used them many times.

It had been sometime since I needed to upgrade my PC and I was a little stuck. I searched for skilled assistance and found Sys Fix IT. I was happy to give them the job and my Windows 10 PC was migrated to Windows 11 without drama. I am now learning how to make best use of Windows 11. Thanks SysFix

I would highly recommend this company. The service is excellent. They are efficient, approachable and reliable.

When I had given up all hope I contacted SysFix. They solved what no one else could. I contacted Microsoft initially and they had said I should do a fresh install and wipe all my data because I had a virus, but within 20 minutes of contacting SysFix they troubleshooted the problem and fixed it, no need to wipe anything, just uninstalling one app that was causing the network issue.

The work carried out by two SysFix IT support engineers was professional, well done and timely. The engineers were polite and friendly and just got on with the work and did the job.
