Can not fault the service but get new cleaners!!!
Can not fault the service - picked up from my home and delivered back. Perfect. Great communication.
I would have given five star review but the car was not clean when it came back - it had not been dried and basically looked a bit of a mess. When I pay £1500 for a service I expect it to come back pristine!
Other than that fantastic.

Recently had my Lamborghini serviced…
Recently had my Lamborghini serviced the back window was broken whilst in the garages procession to which they carried out a repair.
The car ended up being with them for approx x2 weeks maybe a day or two less but I was never offered a courtesy car in view of the extended stay .
It was my sons prom at the weekend and i ended up loaning a vehicle.
The overall experience was ok but could / should have been a lot better.

Recent service experience
Firstly, I arranged to have my Bentley picked up from home and returned (via Zoe from Sydney Leicester), however was very disappointed to be advised on the day that car was not going to be serviced and subsequently returned until the following day?
Secondly, I asked both the driver who collected my car and subsequently the Service Manager at Sytner (Steve?) to let me have a quote to recon my alloy wheels and to date, have heard nothing
Finally, I was advised by Steve from the service dept that Bentley were not planning on introducing a new model V8 (I currently have the older model) and to my disappointment, I’ve just received a reveries for the new V8 model being introduced in Sept 2019?
Would appreciate your/Bentley Sytner’s feedback on the above

I was and am extremely disappointed.
I was and am extremely disappointed.
You had my Bentley Azure for service as it hasn't been used for 2/3 years.I bought it from you!
During the service I received a call from Martin saying they couldn't repair the central locking but it was ok to lock with the key. This I reluctantly accepted but when it was returned the locking was a joke with the alarm going off consistently.
In addition the Hood and the windows weren't synchronised and it was returned with the inside dirty.

Another perfect experience having my Bentley serviced. The car was collected from home on time and delivered back which saved a lot of trouble. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and they even polished out a couple of marks on the car without being asked.
First class in every way.
