My car comes here every year for its service, and I always return as a satisfied customer. It’s a friendly and well communicated experience from the receptionist to the service engineer. Would highly recommend.

Great service - been with Graypaul for 24 gears
Great service again I have been dealing with Graypaul for 24 years and have always received good service. My California T was collected, serviced and delivered back on time as usual.
However no availability for the air bag recall to be carried out due to no availability of parts from Ferrari is disappointing - Ferrari need to improve their support to good dealers like Graypaul

From the front reception staff , the sales and support team to the mechanics in the workshop the service and courtesy is second to none and a true credit to the business.

awful company
bought my 488 from them, great to start with, had an issue with the battery, came in for warranty, got delivered back to me with a different coloured driver door!! the door was damaged in their care, and then poorly repaired and hoped I wouldn't notice!! it was smart repaired and looked awful!
been fighting with them ever since for compensation.
now hate my car as I have lost all love for it, and they have just washed their hands of it!
completely denying they damaged it (even though they took three attempts to get it right afterwards free of charge)
They have tried to say it was a paint defect from
Factory!
I had it checked by a paint specialist
I had been painted!
Furthermore, there was overspray ALL over my car, so they then cut and polished my whole car to sort this issue also!!
So unless ferrari are now selling resprayed new cars then I am even less impressed with Ferrari!
I know cars
I know paint
And I know when a car was perfect, and then damaged!
It is a complete joke that this company can actually try and blame a poor repair on an original paint issue!!!
so my advice, STAY WELL AWAY! and if you do damage your car yourself, then take it to them as they will repair it for you free of charge????

Like you, we were disappointed that the issue arose regarding the paint finish on the door of your vehicle and that this has caused you to fall out of love with your car. The paint issue we believed to be a factory defect as opposed to damage, which is why a repair was taken care of under the manufacturer’s warranty.
