MOT experience
Nobody communicated with me to let me know my car had passed its MOT. I just got a visual health check video. I went to wait at the garage and even though they knew I was there, I got a text telling me my car was ready for collection.

What’s the point of booking appointments for your mot, I booked for 9am and my car won’t be ready until the afternoon, when booking the appointment I said I would have to wait with the car, Audi customer service used to be outstanding, recently it’s extremely poor. I ordered an Audi A3 through this dealership and I was impressed with the service they offered and was informed throughout during the process. On collection of the car everything was smooth and straightforward and was delighted when the car was visible to me which was worth the wait as it drives fantastically and would certainly recommend this dealership to any potential customer that’s interested in a car.

APPALLING EXPERIENCE
Visited with my daughter this morning as she's looking for another car.
New car showroom was closed so we went to ask at used cars if we could look at her chosen car Audi A3 S line. 5 men were sat in front of screens plus one young woman, who asked if she could help. She provided keys for a car but was unsure where it was and had a pre-booked customer. She was excellent. She asked the men, still sat staring at their screens, if they could help. Not one of them even acknowledged us but stated they would be about 25 minutes!!! We went to try and find the car with no success. We went to give the keys back to one of the guys stating we would visit an alternative branch where they were interested in all customers.
MORAL OF THIS STORY: the young people of today buying lesser value cars are your big sales in the future.
Would it have been a different experience had we been Father and Son - absolutely.
If we could give this branch a minus score it would still be too high.

Our experience at Leeds Audi was brilliant. Pali, Des and Ken went above and beyond our expectations from ordering right up to collection .The handover experience had a lovely personal touch 😊.The communication was great and they always kept us up to date with everything and all the staff are really helpful. They really went out of their way for us and we would highly recommend Audi Leeds if you are looking to purchase an Audi. We will certainly not hesitate to return to them when we want to renew our car. Thank you all again so very much for helping us, we love our new Audi. This is a well deserved 5 star review 👍🏼

Really impressed with the service after…
Really impressed with the service after a call with Bailey following up on my request for a settlement figure on my current Audi I have with you.
I also spoke with Joe about organising an appointment to view some cars to switch out to.
As I explained the kids are off and it's a manic time, but he was really helpful in finding out what I am looking for and he was going to have a look for me.
I then received a video message, which I thought was a fantastic idea!
He showed me a selection of A1's to look at that would be suitable, this is by far great service and I would highly recommend you to anyone I know.
Needless to say, I will be looking at one of these A1's and probably wouldn't have done if I hadn't received this video which showed me how easily I can switch my car out when I'm too busy to come down initially.
