Just used the body shop to replace the aluminium bonnet and wings with carbon fibre, including visual carbon louvres on the wings. Roy and his team did a superb job of matching the paint colour, Titanium Silver, and fitting the new panels with well aligned shut lines. The overall experience was professional with periodic updates, great pictures during the process and delivered on schedule. Thank you!

Obviously you haven't read this we won't be on your database as we didn't buy from the store we never had opportunity to give our details this is the worse corporate customer service I have heard of. McLaren Birmingham outshone Manchester

Previous review ignored but really wanted a McLaren GTS so had to bite the bullet and go back so wish we hadn't met again with the same rude contact of Dan, just showed no interest in customer service or communication.
So we ended up walking out and few days later drove to McLaren Birmingham met with a lovely man called Ben who was so helpful and knowledgeable and our car is ordered.
People who are customer facing should be polite and chatty not rude !!!

What a breath of fresh air at McLaren Manchester!

We had been looking to swap our  911 Turbo S for something different but we were unsure on what the new car would be. After looking at a few brands we found Dan at McLaren Manchester who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.
This made our decision to swap brands over to McLaren much easier (We have had Porsches over the last 6 or so years).

We purchased a lovely 720s in Papaya spark.

The service we received from Dan & Ben were faultless and made everything very easy.

They were also amazing with making sure our son received a gift with our car purchase to make him feel part of the process too.

We can't rate Mclaren Manchester highly enough!

Really happy with my experience from Mclaren Manchester. Went to view 2 x 600LTs, I said I wasn't interested in another one they had as it was a colour I didn't like, Dan brought the car round anyway so I could see all 3 together with the different specs and I ended buying the one I didn't want to view! Really good service all round and especially from Dan, kept me up to date the whole time and very easy to deal with. Will definitely be back again.

I had researched my purchase of a Mclaren 570GT very well prior to pulling the pin and buying the car. I also researched Mclaren Manchester from whom I was buying the car.... the reviews were not good.... youtube videos were not good.....However they had a car which was a very high spec and painted in ceramic grey, a stunning colour, and I decided that was the car for me. I was extremely pedantic with the history of the car, Ben, the sales guy showed me the history of the car, I took screen shots of all the work that had been done to the car since day one. This was very reassuring having the complete history of a 4 yr old car, and Mclaren Manchester were keen to share all this info they had with me. I was a little shocked, track rod ends, wishbone, 4 panels in for paint, software gremlins with windows, the car had only done 16,500 miles. However buying from a main dealer I was given the 1 yr Mclaren warrantee, which included pretty much everything apart from ware and tear parts. I met Marcus the sales boss, who assured me any future issues with the car would be dealt with under the Mclaren warrantee. I was spending a lot of hard earned cash and I wanted to make sure I wasn't buying a bag of problems. After putting a deposit down I test drove the car ( in the wet) and loved it. I paid the balance and picked the car up the following week. Since owning and driving the car on a daily basis for the last 2 weeks, it has been fantastic, yes the stereo takes 3 seconds to wake up, but so what! The driving experience, and how brutally fast this car is , is truly astonishing.....I noticed after 10 days or so a hairline crack in the door mounting brackets, which is a well known and well publicised problem. I informed Mclaren Manchester,on the Friday, they put me in contact with Mat, the service manager, who got the parts and booked the car in on the following Tuesday. They said they would replace both door hinges for upgraded items under the warrantee. The work was done in 24 hrs along with a full wheel alignment as I had commented the car was pulling to one side. I picked the car up on Wednesday evening. Mat insisted the car was valeted prior to me picking the car up, I said no, I prefer to wash my own car. When I dropped the car off I asked to be shown round the workshop, a clean tidy workshop says a lot about how the shop is run. It was v impressive. Mclaren share the workshop with Bugatti, Bentley, and Rolls Royce all under the Sytner banner. They also have a body and paint shop under the same roof, which serves all 4 brands, a great way for 4 niche manufacturers to share economies of scale. In summary I know that Mclaren Manchester have been in the spotlight in the recent past, however in October 2024 my personal experience has been excellent from dealing with Ben and Marcus in the sale of the car to dealing with Mat getting the car fixed. I am probably one of the most demanding customers this company will ever have, and its not very often I praise anybody, old school people like me expect you to do your job v well as a matter of course......I will renew my Mclaren warrantee next yr, and pay the eye watering service charges to have my car looked after by Mat and the team of mechanics at Mclaren Manchester.

I bought a 600 McLaren LT for my wife from Sytner McLaren. We noted some things on delivery with the bodywork that McLaren should have noted prior to the sale. They did agree to rectify these when I identified them.
My wife does not track the car. Only she drives the car and there are no passengers.
We took it for its first annual service at which point the car had done very few miles and as stated no track miles.
McLaren Guildford did the service and noted the following:
1) an interior passenger door sill scuff in the leather (I hadn’t picked it up and it was old - no one sits on that side)
2) front ceramic discs 80% worn - coating £7000 to replace - this clearly had not happened in our year of owner ship.
3) perished front suspension arms.
4) numerous other external marks on the bodywork that I hadn’t picked up.
McLaren Manchester will have know about the above when they PDI’d car.
My wife has driven the car for a minimal amount of miles, no track days and she doesn’t even go over the speed limit.
Avoid this dealership, they cut corners with their car prep.
McLaren Guildford even told us this won’t have occurred during our ownership and asked Sytner directly to cover the costs which they refused to do.
We have been Sytner customers for over 10 years and have never left a negative review for any of their franchises. Further more this is my first negative review for any dealership and I’ve been buying cars for 25 years.
I’m a doctor in the NHS and am not in the business of making stuff up.

Nothing was too difficult for the Team to accommodate all our requests whilst we took our time deciding which manufacturer, and eventually, which McLaren car to go for!

The car is meeting expectations and we look forward to building a relationship with Dan and the service team going forward.

I have recently purchased a Mclaren GT from Mclaren, Manchester. I am living in Swansea so all the negotiating has been done online and by telephone. The car is due to be delivered on the 21st December. I have 42 years experience of owning a number of exotic cars but have to say the way the salesman, Danial Nunn has conducted himself prompts me to nominate him for salesman of the year award. He has been faultless and so understanding in his Professionalism, and the dealership too have everything possible covered. The transition to date has been exceptional and deserved of high praise. A true 5 star experience.

As a car enthusiast and owning my own Social Media group its so crucial to me as a influencer to be able to get close to the cars and the team at Mclaren Manchester are the best team to associate with always friendly and welcoming absolutely great with visitors to the site and never turn away a car fan just because these are dream cars for the lucky ones the level of respect is equally inviting to all from kids to adults with a passion make sure you go along see the cars experience the atmosphere these lovely people provide and learn and photo the cars you never know one day you could own one and knowing these good people at Mclaren love everyone makes it more exciting to see whats next to come

I just want to pass on my thanks to the service team at McLaren Manchester. My car was entrusted to them to carry out an annual service and to ensure everything would be as it should be for an up coming road trip to celebrate a special Anniversary. A couple of minor points were identified and rectified during the service which transformed the handling and feel of the car and I can confirm the car ran faultlessly throughout the trip. A special mention for Jamie Wright who has looked after my cars since 2012 and continues to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my car is ready for whatever I throw at it.
