My car was recently in for minor repair work and on the previous 2 visits I had asked for the adblue to be topped up, both times this was missed, so I made sure I requested it from two Mercedes staff, guess what I went to pick up my car and it wasn't done again..... pointless offering these top-ups when you don't check or carry out the work

Very bad Service .Approached many times to fix my Apple play glitch,but no body have any clue how to sort out my problem…not fixed the problem but charged from me for the software updating..

My locking wheel nut tool sheared off in the bolt. I called Sytner and spoke to Graham Walker in the spares department. He was very switched on and offered for me to visit and try their box of master keys. I went on Saturday morning and Graham came out to the carpark and tried the keys for me allowing me to find the correct one and remove the existing bolts so that I had no worries whilst waiting for the new key. Fast and knowledgeable service. Great work Graham, thanks.

First class service from start to finish especially from Craig service manager who looked after us.We are both elderly and he was very patient with us as we are not up with all the latest technology.Also the lady on reception who served us with coffee.

I was served by Liam Garrick who was absolutely amazing! His customer Service was top notch and very professional. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I give him 10 stars to be fair.
I was not happy collecting a car that hadn't been washed and had no fuel.

The servicing of my car was seamless, I had a courtesy car as it was a major service and mot. The car was returned on time and spotless.

Fantastic served and done the jobs in a very professional way been to cheltenham mercedes but kept stuck with no jobs done and left the job half way which cost me more to get it done but worcester helped in a very good way to get things done

My car went in for its first service, the staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, Aakif Mulla sorted out an issue with my online booking. He resolved my problem and the car was serviced and cleaned. I took advantage of the free Wi-Fi in the lounge so I could work and was even brought tea and a biscuit. Excellent service as usual.

I bought a car from this Mercedes main dealer and within a week it developed a knocking noise, a squealing belt and poor acceleration. I used my 30 day right to reject, but the dealer refused and carried out two unsuccessful repair attempts.
They replaced the air filter box but ignored the belt noise and dismissed the acceleration issue.
My finance company arranged an independent Dekra inspection, which confirmed a fault with the auxiliary belt pulley. The finance company upheld my rejection.
When the dealer collected the car, they later sent a false and exaggerated appraisal claiming dents that were not present.
I refused to sign and provided photos to the finance company, who finalised my rejection and refunded all payments.

Pros: quick to book repairs, courtesy car, one week insurance.

Cons: poor communication, staff, dishonest/ staff appraisal, no diagnostic reports, and no access to technicians reports, I found the sales manager unprofessional, often speaking to me while standing and showing little courtesy.

Extremely helpful. Listened and made sure they understood my problem. Also sorted an additional query out while I was there.

I received excellent treatment from two service advisors, Stuart and Benjamin. They took care of my car and explained clearly what is needed for the near future.
Reception is very pleasant and a complimentary cappuccino croissant and biscuits was most welcome.

A big thank you to Danny Ollis for the fantastic customer service. From my very first enquiry, he was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. He even took the time to make me a personalised walkaround video of the GLC I was interested in, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, I ended up buying a different car elsewhere that was a better fit for me, but that was nothing to do with Danny or the service I received. His communication was excellent throughout, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I’d happily recommend Danny to anyone looking to buy a car. Thanks again for all your help!
