Absolutely exceptional service from Porsche Leicester from start to finish. The service I must say considering I have a passion for cars and have dealt with many dealerships this has to be number 1 for many reasons- communication, work completed, time frame, goodwill offered all have been above and beyond my expectations. I have to also mention that Laurie (Service Advisor) was the individual who looked after me and he has shown 5 star customer service. So a huge thank you from myself and it’s very much appreciated.

The panoramic roof on my car was leaking. I called Porsche Assistance who advised I should take the vehicle in to Porsche dealer immediately to avoid further damaged being caused to the car. I did as advised, only to be told by Porsche Leicester that there was no fault with the car despite obvious water ingress. I explained what the Porsche Assistance engineer had advised and was told that they are not specialists so they can be effectively ignored. Three weeks later, the leaks resurfaced and this time I asked Porsche Assistance to take the vehicle to the dealers since I didn't want to be fobbed off yet again. This time, the dealer found significant damage to the internals of the vehicle caused by prolonged water ingress. This is not the kind of service I expected from Porsche and I'm currently considering selling my car, needless to say I won't be replacing it with another Porsche.

Always receive excellent customer service from the team in the Service Dept. Every time I've been recently I've been lucky enough to have Jaz assist me and she is always courteous, efficient and extremely helpful.

Absolutely faultless performance from dropping car off , communication spot on with regular updates, car received in clean order on completion.
James, my service advisor is a credit to Porsche Leicester.

Friendly helpful people who made buying a car a pleasure, not an ordeal

Dealer contacted me about updates / upgrades needed to my car. They booked me in at a time and date to suit me, provided a courtesy car and even cleaned mine when returned and all at no charge . All the staff are efficient, friendly and attentive. Special mention for Jaz and and James in service and the reception team who always make me a lovely Latte upon arrival. You always make me feel special - thank you.
