Great service as always , great facilities while waiting with complementary tea coffee and soft drinks ,shame there are no more motorcycles in the showroom for my to buy .

Great Customer Service
My motorcycle had a number of electrical issues created by a tracker installation. Lewis kept me fully updated with the progress and documented the investigation. Lewis also noticed my bike was booked in for it’s mot in a couple of weeks, he contacted me and suggested he could do it while the bike was in the workshop which was an excellent idea saving me a 110mile round trip. Brilliant service thank you.

It is the excellent service that I expect from BMW. I was greeted at reception the gentleman that was dealing with my motorcycle MOT explained the process and then asked if I would like my motorcycle balloted when I returned I was again greeted by the gentleman and advised that my motorcycle Had passed no advisories a very relaxing and friendly experience if asked how could it be improved from my experience, it couldn’t.

Great service and looked after.
From the moment I got there I was well and truly looked after. Nice coffee, biscuits, and soft drinks. I was told my first service for my motorcycle would take about 2 hours to complete. It was ready within 90 minutes. The service guy Lewis Clark was professional and very informative. I needed a part for my bike and he made time to come and look at exactly what I needed. He then found the part, ordered it, and told me it would be posted out to me as soon as possible, the price was also very reasonable. My first experience with Shrewsbury service centre and it was 10 out of 10, I will be going back. Another customer who I was chatting too in the waiting area ask me why I didn’t go to the Wolverhampton branch considering I’m from Birmingham, I told him I would travel anywhere not to have to go there.

Took my R1250RS for a service and MOT. Not used them before but Preston had closed. Sad the bike sales have gone but service department was great.

Because this is no longer a bike dealer, expect (as was my experience) to be dealing with someone who has no idea about (and clearly no interest in) bikes.

You’re absolutely right that we no longer retail motorcycles from the site, which does change the overall experience, particularly when it comes to browsing. We do still have a small, dedicated Motorrad support team, but when they’re on annual leave our BMW car colleagues step in to help keep everything running smoothly. While they may not always have the same depth of motorcycle knowledge, they genuinely do their best to support every customer and keep things moving.
