My car was booked in original on the a difference date …
My car was booked in original on the 6th of October for 10am , I put down that I was waiting for the car well it had to have a service to say could not happen and would need to rebook . This was then booked for the 13th but sent a few emails to say I was on holiday . But still not had a reply for new date . So I rang them when I returned off leave . The car was booked in and waited for the car. I sat down and decided to ask for a coffee at reception and was told the coffee machine was not working . So I sat down . I noticed a few customers had coffee’s so the machine must have been working . So a different lady came passed and was offering drinks . So a nice gentleman called her over and told her I would like a latte and still the receptionist still said the coffee machine was not working . But the other staff went out her way to make me one . Because I did not look like a business man she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Easy to book appointment online to get my car serviced and horns repaired. Demi was very friendly and kept me updated on progress.
I was disappointed that the work wasn't completed in a day and I had to book a second appointment. This time Demi arranged to have my car picked up from my home and delivered back once the work was finished. Car was returned on both occasions spotlessly clean. Great service, thank you.

Sent in a couple of requests to bmw…
Sent in a couple of requests to bmw Cardiff to see what colours of the new ix3 were available to view on site. No replies received. Sent in a complaint on their web site waited the 48 hours but no response received. Sent in an escalation again waited 48 hours and you guessed it no response I but in a second escalation on their web site Cardiff syntner bmw web site and again no reply! 5 attempts made to gain information on a new ix3 but all fell on deaf years! This is how sytner deals with their customers! They ignore them it’s no wonder that customers of sytner sites in wales are now going to England to buy BMWs
