Both Andrew and Tom were very helpful and explained everything to me beforehand. The car was beautifully presented and buying it was so easy as Andrew did everything for me. He took lots of time showing me the different features on the car and said if I needed to know anything he would pop out and take a video for me.
Andrew is now on speed dial.
I love the car!

Non existent aftersales support
Generally good sales experience, in the sense they sold us a car they had for sale. All smiles and quick replies to questions. Salesman asked for a 10 star review for thier internal processes. Nice follow up call a week later, saying ‘this is just the beginning of our journey together - it’s not just about the purchase’. Asked one simple question, and they point blank refuse to reply, by email, phone call or in person. Have had to complain to the Head of Business, all to get the details of a safety part that needs replacing.
When you show frustration at thier inability to tell you what part you need, they laugh in your face!
And they had the cheek to ASK for a ten star review.
N.B. If they ever reply, they will say ‘Please contact the head of business’. I did this, and he didn’t bother replying. Neither did his deputy. Neither did the salesman you sold the car!!

Excellent service from Synter Mini cardiff.
This is the first time I have ever purchased a used car on line without physically seeing it; although I had the same model before and felt comfortable with the quality of the mini countryman.
To sum up my experience. Excellent in every respect.From the moment of first contact through to delivery. Sanket was professional and approachable, answering all my questions.

Fleeced £400!
The charging flap was stuck, it could not be opened.
You charged £100 to diagnose and £300 to fit the replacement.
How this does not come under warranty is beyond me. A basic requirement of an electric car (any car for that matter) to have the flap to the fuel functioning.
Crazy numbers for faulty goods. Shameful!

Cheryl welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and she answered all our questions. After several poor experiences at other dealers it was fantastic to have Cheryl help us the way she did.

Unnecessary repairs + wrongful damage reported
Actual interpersonal communication and rapport was great. The staff were very welcoming and kind. I had gone for a service + MOT but was informed that multiple things were broken/needed replacing (potential oil leak requiring further investigation, leaking OSR shock absorber). I decided that due to the long list of things wrong with the car I was going to seek out another garage for a second opinion. I went to a garage my family had been using for many years and who knew the car. They informed me that no damages were found and that no replacements were necessary. Slightly disappointed with the potential false claims or exaggerations given to me by sytner group.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish, communication was excellent, and the team were always easy to contact if I had any questions. Sanekt Surati was especially helpful throughout the process and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The handover was quick and well organised, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, including the different products and insurance options available. I felt very well looked after throughout the process and I absolutely love my car. Thank you to Sanekt and the team for making it such an enjoyable experience!

Shocking place
Shocking place ! Avoid them at all costs !
Sold me a £28,500 car, only to call me the following day, to tell me they had sold the same car to somebody else.
I had paid a non refundable deposit to secure the car but they have had to refund me,
due to their stupidity.
Avoid the disappointment-go elsewhere!
