Everything as good as expected, except there was a delay in my vehicle being ready. I understand this was due to a hold up in final paperwork arriving back at Service Reception.

You know its going to cost you more than you anticipated because you need something that you didn't know you needed at an extortionate price.
2 different pricing structures for service advertised on web site.
Always need wiper blades and tyre tread is low low - its so predictable.
Tyres were at 75% wear on 20k miles over 3 years. Some good miles in them yet.
Coffee, biscuits and wi-fi good while I waited though.

Top marks all round
My wife and I found the whole experience of trying and buying a car from Guy Salmon Coventry to be a pleasure from start to finish. First impressions from the front desk and booking a test drive were very positive and responsive, including us changing times and dates at late notice, but nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the advice and guidance. We felt it was not too much of a ‘hard sell’ and the balance of advice and expert knowledge and support was just right. We were kept up to date on delivery and post sale communication was also very good. A particular thank you to Leanne and Calum who dealt with us primarily. I would recommend Guy Simon Jaguar Coventry to anyone interested. Top marks all round.

When our car went in for a service the staff went over and above to ensure a timely return of our vehicle and that we had plenty of refreshments and were comfortable whilst waiting. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly and was great to see all COVID precautions also being taken seriously and being implemented effectively across all areas.

Condition of approved used.
I purchased the E Pace in late August 2021as an approved used, Its first MOT was Dec 2021 it required two new front tyres, a red warning on the rear tyres. Plus front and rear brake pads were over 70% worn. Just what condition is an approved used car in when sold.

Can’t recommend the staff and service highly enough. Very professional, efficient, warm friendly staff. Booked my car in for a service. All booked in on time by my personal member of the Service Team. Great use of technology as I was able to track my car when it was in the workshop and with the use of Citnow was able to get video feedback from mechanic. Very reassuring. Car was valeted inside and out! Was like picking up a new car! Great showroom with all the amenities (great coffee!)
