Outstanding service from Charlie Dempsey
We would like to say a huge thank you to Charlie Dempsey for the exceptional service she provided when helping us purchase our two Land Rover vehicles.
From start to finish, Charlie was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ensuring everything was handled efficiently.
Her communication and attention to detail were excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was clear throughout that Charlie genuinely cared about providing us with the best possible experience, rather than simply making a sale.
We have been extremely impressed with both vehicles and, more importantly, with the level of service we received from Charlie. She is a real credit to Land Rover and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Vehicle service and MOT
Took my car in for a service, MOT and recall.
Excellent service from Dan Norie my Service representative. I had arrived early and expected to have to wait but was dealt with quickly and efficiently. All work completed fine, the car had been cleaned inside and out on collection. Very happy.

I arrived early for my appointment but Dan was welcoming and accommodating and managed the work required so that I didn't need to wait. Absolute first class
Sure. From answering the phone to sorting out the problem with my car, keeping me updated throughout, and having it ready for collection, I could not fault the service. This was the first time I have used the Sheffield branch. Previously, I had always used another branch that was much more convenient for me, but the difference in the quality of service at Sheffield made the extra journey more than worthwhile. The professionalism, communication, and customer care were outstanding, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
