Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience in my first service since buying my car. A couple of hidden charges soured it a little and the demand of the customer service rep to not score him less than 9 on the feedback was not impressive. Otherwise, all good.

Visited Mini specifically - Pleasant thorough staff, great communication, smooth drop off and collection with complementary coffee (which was good) and a car wash with inside clean (absolutely fantastic!).
