I have bought over a 100 cars in my time and unfortunately this goes down as a very bad experience as I went out of my way to get the deal done and paid them on the last day of the month for there sales figures and delivered with full service history and two keys which was sold immediately. The car I purchased had to be collected immediately but they only supplied a single key so a refund of £200 towards the cost from BMW of £391 was agreed. Two weeks further on no refund but generally there unprofessional manner compared to Audi Sytner is chalk and cheese, they left personal details of previous owner all over the desk , a very shabby valet and no follow up call and obviously still waiting for refund. Very dissatisfied. Will stick to main dealer next time as it works out cheaper.

Syner were superb from start to finish on my recent mot and service. The technician did a fantastic c it now video of my car explaining everything l needed to know. Communication was fantastic and they made it so easy and trouble free. A real credit to the Sytner Group. Well done and thank you.

My chosen at car Sytner was well presented
My chosen car was well presented, it was immaculate in all respects. The car was serviced and had fitted a
new battery. The car had 3 months warranty which I extended to 12 months which is inclusive of Roadside Assistance. I was a little apprehensive buying a car from a firm 200 miles from my home the Warranty however applies to repairs at any proper garage.
I am enjoying my car and have every confidence that Sytner, the car and I will be friends for some time.

Amazing service at Sytner…
After dropping into sytner Nottingham late on Saturday to see a specific car we were greeted by a pleasant young man in Reception. Then we were approached by a wonderful young man Brayden Williams who made our first experience with Sytner a memorable one. The car in question was being sold as we were chatting. I was then called later that evening to be told it hadn’t sold so we paid a £99 holding fee and arranged a test drive the following day. Brayden made our purchase an amazing and exciting one. He got us the best price for our part exchange, the sale was flawless. He had great humour and an extremely pleasant manner. He’s an asset to Sytner and hope they appreciate him. Thank you very much Brayden. The car is a dream.

Won’t be buying a car from them again
Won’t be buying a car from them again. Few issues within the first month of buying, which were luckily sorted by my local Ford dealership.
After service is a joke, and you do the chasing for an update, rather than them providing you with one.

Great experience, Non-pushy sales people!
I had the joy of dealing with Denis when I had visited. He was very friendly and was the good amount of chatty when we went out on a test drive.
Whilst he was doing his due diligence on my purchase, he kept me well informed and responded to my emails very promptly. I had a great purchasing experience with having Denis as the salesman I was dealing with. The only downside was he was not the one to do my handover! Though that was just unfortunate timing with when I had arrived and his previous handover was running a bit longer than expected.
