Bmw big service
First major service for my BMW M2. Came in person to the dealership to make the appointment, I was seen quickly, the lady who looked after me was very accommodating with answering all of my questions, taking notes, and even booking a taxi to take me to work after dropping off the car. We had some concerns about whether the differential had been serviced before and Richard assured us he'd find out and take care of it if not which was excellent. I also had some questions about the service intervals and Richard took the time to chat with me, explain everything to me and reassure me about the servicing process that is followed at BMW. Overall I was very happy and had a good experience at BMW and they did accommodate all of my questions and requests without any hassle. I'd highly recommend sytner.

Car booked in following a recall letter, very professional and courteous staff, nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above just rectifying my car. I was kept updated at all times of progress and a car welfare check was completed then sent to me. The car was even washed before being returned to me. I can genuinely say that I highly recommend Sytner Mini Sheffield

Car was in for a recall , got a lovely courtesy car , free health check video came through quickly , got told would get a free valet but didn't get one and also everyone else were getting offered drinks when they was waiting but not me.

Excellent customer service from Scott who conducted a major service, vehicle check, starter motor service recall and mot on my BMW. Very quick service considering the amount of work that had to be done, during one visit to Sytner Sheffield.
Very pleasant staff and the feedback I received on the work, carried when finished was very thorough, with any questions or concerns I had being addressed by the mechanic.
Also, the after care received when needed too was excellen, the customer service staff very quick at responding to my query. I am very happy with the high quality service I recieve from Sytner BMW Sheffield and am a regular returning customer.

I love my BMW X2!
Buying my recent BMW from Sytner Sheffield, was a truly great experience made particularly good by Jayna Mistry, the excellent salesperson, who found the perfect car for me. She quickly worked out what it was I wanted in my new car and found it. The whole experience was a pleasure and I felt totally confident I was getting my purchase right, which is a big thing when spending a large sum of money. It was a very professional service.
