I recently purchased a used Mini Cooper S sport from Sytner Slough..the service I received from the moment I entered the dealership was exceptional! Jamie Macleod was excellent, ensuring the purchase and part exchange of my previous Mini Countryman all went through in a seamless, stress free manner! Thank you Jamie.

Our chap was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was my third Countryman so there were no big surprises but I did appreciate Noa programming in my phone and keeping in touch to see how the vehicle was doing.

First time buying a brand new car. Amelia was outstanding throughout the whole process. She was so patient answering any questions and was fantastic taking me on my first drive in an automatic. She also made the collection of my car a very special occasion.

I would like to highly commend the support that I received from Thomas Welch, apprentice sales executive. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

This is the first mini that I have ever purchased. Based on my positive experience, I’ll be back in 3 years time when I’m looking for another new car.

Been purchasing minis from the Slough dealership for over 15 years. They never fail to disappoint. Great customer service and the whole purchasing process is painless from start to finish. This time round we were very well looked after by Amelia Goater. She took her time to go through all the features of the car with my wife. She was highly professional and courteous throughout.

Purchased my new mini with Jamie in April. He promised to keep me updated with progress. He kept to his word and i heard from him fortnightly. Sale went smoothly, loved the collection handover. Love my new car

28/06/2023 - I have downgraded my experience from 5 stars to 1 star, on the basis:
- after 6 days of having the vehicle 3 components have failed, and the MINI countryman is leaking oil, losing all water and coolant, over heating, and is therefore undriveable.
- despite having a 12 month warranty, contacting Sytner Slough and visiting Sytner Harold Wood, on my 13th day since vehicle collection, and 6 days after reporting issues with the vehicle, I have not had one phone call to discuss my issues and attempt to resolve. I have received minimal help from the dealership, and that is after numerous emails, a visit to the dealership, and a visit to a service centre.
The aftercare service from Sytner has been beyond unsatisfactory, and the customer care and service, toward someone that has very recently purchased a product that is now not fit for purpose and is causing me to incur more cost and waste time, whilst being thousands of pounds lighter from the vehicle purchase.
I had hoped a used dealer would operate to and sell vehicles to higher standards than independent 2nd hand car dealers, seems not!

Great service and experience from Amelia, Charley, and Helen, from sourcing the right used car, finance, and being very thorough throughout the process with regular communication at all times. They made my used mini car buying experience like a new car purchase! Great car too!

Rory was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The sales executive Rory was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Rory always did what he said he would do.

Amelia was fantastic to deal with, everything sorted to purchase within half an hour

I am absolutely pleased with everything and everyone at Sytner Slough Mini. They have been very friendly, professional and helpful. The sales person Jamie Macleod is real gentleman and very helpful. He provided me with all the information and helped to choose the right car.

After closing time at Sytner on Sunday, I drove onto the forecourt in the hope that I might have made it in time to talk to somebody about issues I was having with a used mini that I purchased somewhere else recently. Having realised I was too late I went to turn around and was stopped by Nick Faulkner who works there and was on his way home and asked if he could help. I told him about the problems I was having and he fixed half of them t there and then and subsequently phoned me back the next day to give me the information I needed about two other issues. This is exceptional service which sadly you don’t expect these days. Thank you Nick. I will return to spend money at Sytner in future!

I've been waiting 3 weeks for Sytner bodyshop slough to send quotation to my insurance company. I've phoned numerous times and each time they say its with Cardiff office or its with insurance company or they will phone back. Spoken to someone called ray and he promised to phone me at 12:30pm today and has failed to do so and on other occasions. Can't trust anything he says now. Avoid this bodyshop like the plague as they are so incompetent. They have lost my business here as well as servicing my cars and buying any cars from this dealership. Totally useless!

My MINI experience at Sytner Slough has been such a great experience, from the moment I made the purchase in January to collection day last week, both Amelia & Mark have been so friendly, patient & approachable with me. Nothing has been too much trouble. The best part of my experience was on collection day. I don't want to give anything away for those purchasing a new car from Slough but I definitely received the wow factor! I have made contact with Amelia since my purchase to enquire about some additional mats and again, great customer service. Thank you!!

Our salesperson Amelia was excellent, a good communicator and knowledgeable. Servicing ore-sale was top notch with some additional extras seen to quickly and efficiently. A very smooth transaction a lovely new car and a happy customer.

My third Countryman purchased from Slough MINI which in itself is testimony to the strengths of this dealership and why it gets my repeat business. I have already completed a comprehensive survey of my recent purchasing experience with MINI Slough but in completing this Trustpilot survey I would like to highlight salesperson Alanah Antinoro. I was struck by her honesty when she couldn't always provide answers to my questions but she quickly sought help from colleagues. The team ethos in this dealership is a key reason why I return. Alanah engages extremely well and she has a nice sense of humour. It is clear she wants to be part of the ongoing success story at MINI Slough.

We recently bought a mini electric. Our experience with Alanah was so good we've ordered a mini clubman that we expect in May.

I wish I could give zero star.
A simple task of changing the battery in a remote took over one hour and that including having to call a manager to deal with the battery.
