The sales representative was very helpful with the initial enquiry, supportive with the many decision and choices to be made, I was not rushed in to making any decisions, during the manufacturing process Sophie keep me updated regularly with progress.
On arrival of my car, she was enthusiastic and made it personal for me. When collecting the car, Sophie spent a lot of time going through the instruments on the car and again there was no rushing. My mini is beautiful and I had a lovely experience collecting it. .

I had previously had a bad experience with a different garage and it was such a pleasure to be treated with care and respect. Catherine from sytners solihull went out of her way to make sure I was completely happy with my new car. I felt completely looked after.

A Great Experience
This is the second car we have bought from Sytner Mini Solihull. Excellent customer service from a well informed, knowledgeable representative (Sophie). She kept us updated throughout the process and was very responsive to any query. The car was immaculate on delivery and the follow up by Sophie again reinforced the very good customer service.

Excellent customer service I felt at total ease, young lady that sorted out my new Mini was excellent, Sophie her name is .Sophie made me feel very Welcome and the process was made easy by her ,I hope she is appreciated by the company because she is the best sales person I've ever dealt with, I felt no pressure and fell in love with the Mini Cooper I chose ,when it came to the the time to pick up my Mini I couldn't believe the one waiting for me was mine ,Sophie showed me all I needed to know and even programmed my phone into the computer. The purchase of our mini was delt with very efficiently by the team.
Unfortunately when we arrived to collect our mini the standard of finish
"valet" was a let down..
It took the excitement away in an instant.
We felt very let down as we had purchased the Autoglym extra finish.
We were told that the products had been applied to the vehicle but we felt a little cheated to say the least.
The vehicle was taken away and had a quick once over.
It was better, but should have been done in the first place.

Our whole experience with Sytner Solihull was amazing. Tileah was absolutely brilliant. She told us that she was still going through her training period. Tileah was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the cars. She even put a video together for us regarding the controls. We would highly recommend Sytner Solihull and Tileah.
