Great customer service
Easy to book, with work fitted in within a short time scale. Given all the information I needed at every point, from booking queries to being kept informed of progress whilst work being carried out. Cheerful and welcoming staff. Reassuring to have car checked and nice to have option to have car washed. Useful to have a work station whilst waiting too.

Friendly and helpful service
They found the right car for us and the process of buying it was easy. All the staff are always helpful even when they are very busy. There is always plenty of complimentary refreshments available too. I loved the “chocolate Friday” event. I’ll be sure to visit in the future on a Friday.

Such great service from Mini Stratford-Upon-Avon. Charlotte was excellent, friendly and professional. Online check in was easy and clear. The car health video was welcome. On pick up, everything was explained. It's always a pleasure to visit this place.

As in previous visits, the staff were extremely helpful and professional in advising me of the reasons behind the specialist service (scheduled transmission oil & service).
I was updated on progress and delighted that the works were, in fact, completed comfortably within the scheduled period including the complimentary carwash.

Excellent Service
The whole experience whilst my car has been in for repair at Mini Stratford has been excellent, they gave me a courtesy vehicle so that I didn't have to wait around I was kept informed of the schedule with regular updates on progress, my car was returned in nice clean condition too having had a little wash and brush up, Big shout out for Charlotte in the service team who goes above and beyond to make sure clients are looked after and feel valued.
