I ordered a Stack and Motors and the Motors were out of stock, they notified me really fast and shipped my Stack separately. It was honestly a 5/5 experience, the support and quality of their products was the cherry on top :)

T-Hobby was a terrible experience for my drone purchase. I order a Tron 80 in June 2025 and received it with corrosion in the motors—signs the product had been sitting on some shelf with no climate control. I reached out to the company with pictures and videos and they agreed it was defective. ONE YEAR LATER and dozens of emails back forth with various excuses about holidays and “checking with engineers” about a solution, when all I asked for was a couple of replacement motors. As of this week, July 2026, I received a package from UPS with those motors, but as a final surprise, T-Hobby did not pay the customs shipping up front (which you can do) so I got stuck with a $52 brokerage fee to receive the replacement parts. Nothing but excuses and apologies for over a year and now parts I basically paid for and a drone I need to repair myself and see if it will fly—no more business from me!
