t-mobile money does NOT HAVE YOUR BACK!

i've been a t-mobile money customer for over 3 years, they used to be good, i used to get my disability check about a week in advance, then they switched banks or something, now they tell me that my deposits aren't there when they are, and have disputed the ledger they have provided me through there new t life app...there money app was so much better, now i don't get my deposits on time, nor does what they see match what my ledger in the app shows....terrible customer service, all script based, they refused to admit they where wrong, so i closed my account today...as soon as she said "i'm just confirming your account is closed" i said "thank you" and simply hung up...because they screwed up so bad, they even suspended my "got your back" over draft option....due to non timely payment on the account...i was supposed to get my payment on the 25th i did not recieve my disability till 1am this morning, so they suspended my over draft because as they put it "you have not deposited any money in over 30 days..... as a cellphone company they are mediocre at best, as a bank they fail misurably. DO NOT USE T MOBILE MONEY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER! you've been warned

T Mobile Money did not post my direct deposit payroll check into my account. Customer services is overseas and very hard to understand, but is pointless because they are only reading you BS from a script.

T-Mobile Money was great at first

T-Mobile Money was great at first! But they've continued to cut benefits, send customers to a mobile only format, and decreasing and changing their plans. The one thing that you CAN'T do online is cancel your account, and when I called today (the 27th of the month) they said if I cancel, I won't get paid any of the interest I've earned on the account this month. Terrible customer experience from a company only focused on what's best for the company instead of their customer.

TERRIBLE Credibility-Tmobile Money Team

T-Mobile Money is failing to fulfill its promise to use T-Life app on August 27, 2025. This is a gross negligence on the part of the Management of T-Mobile as whole. Imagine, all my scheduled bill pays and fund transfers in the T-Mobile Money app have disappeared and I have to reinstate in the new T-Life app today August 27, 2025 as instructed by customer service yesterday. Only to find out today that there is no banking feature anywhere in the new app. I have been contacting T-Mobile Money support via the phone number provided on the new debit card only to hear an automated response to wait for 10mins but I even waited more than that beyond 4hrs now and noone answers the phone. It's a total disaster!!! I am now totally moving out of T-Mobile Money....

These people are crooks

These people are crooks. They stole $21.29 in my account. I have called several times, put in the necessary info and just get routed back to the beginning. DO NOT USE THEM they are crooked. I may move my phone account out of T-Mobile I am a very unhappy person.

YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!

My account got emptied 3 months ago by hacking thieves online. I reported this to the disputes department, and have done NOTHING but to tell me the same thing 3 times now. That they have placed an "outgoing call" to all of the vendors in question, and are satisfied that they were all authorized purchases. TO NINE DIFFERENT VENDORS, WITH NINE DIFFERENT NAMES, WITH ALL DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF MONEY TAKEN... BUT SOMEHOW THEY ALL HAD THE EXACT SAME RESPONSE: That it was a sweepstakes entry subscription, which I then canceled before the subscription renewed, so it's case closed.
SERIOUSLY?!? They ALL have the same nonsense response even though none of the vendors have nothing else in common, and no one finds that the slightest bit UNUSUAL??? Or that the charges range from $5-500 for the exact same thing, and THAT'S not unusual to them, either??? That would be like buying a lottery ticket in the morning for $5 before going to work, and then buying another one later that evening for $500.
WHO WOULD EVER DO THAT???
I have asked them for the digital proofs that these transactions were approved, since it was allegedly all done online there would be digital footprints all over it, from server access, security encrypting certificates, etc., etc.
But three times now those requests have been met with the exact same response. That they placed a phone call, and that they are satisfied that the charges are legitimate. No written proof to be had.
And today, they denied my request to re-examine the investigation.
This bank's investigative team is either lazy, inept, or just plain stupid. But in any case, YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH THEM.

T-Mobile Money is the most exceptional banking experience I have ever encountered, owing to its no fees for mobile check deposits. They provide a personal savings account at your convenience, and they reward you with interest and support up to $50. However, it would be beneficial if they could inform us when the services are unavailable or for how long.
