I honestly cannot thank my Level 3 tutor Amy Brown enough for all of the support, guidance and motivation she has given me during my time with T2. I have learnt so much about my role as a support worker and I am so glad I had the opportunity to enrol with T2. Amy’s constant reassurance and belief in me since day one really helped me to build my confidence completing the course (as the workload can appear quite daunting at times). She was patient and understanding when I was struggling, and always there to help me (even if it was at 11 o’clock at night- sorry!!). Now I am ready to complete my end point assessments ahead of schedule and I will really miss the chats and life/ career advice Amy gave me- I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor, thank you so much Amy, you are amazing!! :)

Fozia nazir was a amazing tutor she was patient and understanding and verry helpful, she understood when i had family problems and gave me time to catch up she was brilliant when we did one to one work together at hill lodge and when ive struggled with logging on to things as i struggle shes been understanding and helpful thanks fozia

Fozia was absolutely amazing and very supportive and really understanding she helped me meet deadlines and make improvements

My tutor Fozia was amazing not only a tutor but an amazing support through my whole NVQ. The amount of times I didn’t believe I could do it and Fozia always pushed me to carry on, now I am ready and booked in for my exam, I can’t thank her enough t2 have been amazing from start to finish.

My tutor nomusa was a great help and very patient with me as I did struggle a lot with course as I have dyslexia and ADHD so doing work alone was very difficult but nomusa mead time to see me in person and go throw the work books with me reading and writing for me also help me with my research on units as I was not always able to do e the right information alone
The course is very different to anything iv done before as there is online work shops teaching you a little bit but it's genuinely all self reaching witch can be difficult I would of preferred to have access to actual lesson
I wouldn't of pass with out the help of my tutor explaining things so I could understand them

Doing this course after not doing anything like this for over 30 years. I was really out of my comfort zone.
But after meeting my assessor Amy Brown I was straight away put at ease, understanding and helpful Amy really did help me believe I could do it. I did with a Merit.... I can't thank Amy enough and highly recommended her to anyone.

My experience with t2 group has been amazing from start to finish. Could not recommend my tutor Nomusa enough she is very patient and always got back to me very quickly if I needed any help. I am quite a nervous person when it comes to speaking to people I don’t know but I always felt very comfortable with Nomusa on our monthly meetings. Nomusa taught me a lot and this helped me massively with my assignments. Thank you

Firstly, my assessor Nomusa was one of the best and most patient tutors I have ever had the privilege of knowing. They constantly supported me and perservered in ensuring I completed my course. I could not speak more highly of them and would hope anyone having to go through T2 comes across Nomusa and her efforts.

Moving onto the course itself; it really does make an assumption that the learner only takes in information by repeating work again and again. Documents that contain the same question 40 times asking for answers that only need to be worded slightly different are, in my opinion, not an effective way to pass on knowledge. I would hope they adjust the methods in the future to try and give more interesting work to the learner. The lack of 5 stars is reflective of the company, not my assessor who I would give 10 stars if I could.

My Level 4 diploma with T2 Training Group was meant to take 10 months but ended up taking 17.

After enrolling, it took months to be assigned an assessor, and only after I chased them myself. Halfway through the course my assessor disappeared, and I had to push for a replacement so I wouldn’t fall further behind.

I later received a poorly worded email effectively saying that if the course wasn’t finished by the end of the month, I’d get no extension and walk away with nothing — despite the delays largely being on their side.

My manager was repeatedly asked to complete large amounts of witness testimony that should have been assessed through observation. I was also told my portfolio was finished, only to then be told I was still one unit short.

I finally completed the course at the beginning of December and am still waiting for my certificates.

Overall, a very poorly managed and frustrating experience.

I was very nervous to start studying again, I thought those days were far behind me. I can now confirm, it was the best decision I ever made, from onboarding with Mackenzie to meeting and completing the journey with my coach Lucinda, my experience with T2 has been amazing. When I found out I had got a distinction I was over the moon. I am so happy I decided to go on this journey. I'd recommend T2 to anyone thinking about completing an apprenticeship.

Really helpful onboarding process, and my learning coach was lovely and supportive.
