I am concerned. I order 4 items in total from this company.

2 custom protective mats for our tables of the same size. - Great product and measured well.

2 custom protective mats for our units of differing sizes. - Not so good.

Our 2nd order for the units, both our mats were 3/4cm larger than orders.

I have sent messages via live chat, been on the phone on hold for circa 10 mins and have been unsuccessful in reaching their customer service team.

Their phone lines state a live chat should be the quickest way to reach them and within a few minutes.

At 10 minutes it's too long to wait for this so I'll consider updating this review dependant on the result I get, if I ever get through to their customer service.

I am absolutely delighted with my table protector. I chose one of the oil cloths. There are so many lovely designs to choose from and I found the perfect one to go with my chairs. It is so easy to wipe down and looks fab. I would definitely recommend them and will be purchasing again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I recieved my order on the 8th Jan, they sent me 8 bright blue table cloths instead of clear. The cloth looks absolutely nothing like the photo or description and it was still blue regardless of the light, it being flat or being on a surface unlike customer services excuses. I had 8 bright blue covers that I did not order. Customer service are none existent, they do not reply to emails for weeks and ignore everything you say,I tried the live chat and they closed it down so I couldn't continue speaking to them when they had not helped at all, when I finally got a reply by email they wanted me to pay return postage for it to get back to them within 2 days or I wouldn't get a refund because they took 2 weeks to reply to me! The customer is not responsible for return postage when the wrong item is sent and it is not as described, and I have 30days to return NOT 14. they are clearly doing this to every customer who has issues based on the reviews, they are not following consumer rights act and have been reported for having policy's that break it. The worst company I have ever used.£80 gone now for something I didn't order all because I can't afford a huge return cost because they refuse to acknowledge they have to pay for it!

Just to add, DO NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE. The company refused completely to cover return of an item that was not as described, which is against consumer rights act and illegal. Go to your bank for a refund, because the bank will side with you when this company is completely responsible for return costs when they are at fault.

Lovely colours, fits perfectly without any trimming. Delivery was very good and quick,although it was folded no creases were permanent and disappeared very quickly, will definitely buy again

Item arrived damaged, emailed nearly a week ago and no reply. Avoid!

Product arrived in a timely manner; cut to the exact size required. Really great price. I couldn’t be happier.

Table Protector Direct sent the wrong product and adamantly refused to address the issue or make a refund. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend it.

Furthermore, it immediately closed down the online chat before I could take screenshots of our 'conversation'.

Prospective customers should be wary when dealing with this company.

Looking at the reviews, it seems that my experience is the same as others for whom things went wrong. In my case, the product arrived 3 days later than the maximum date on their 'no rush' option for postage (there was no warning it would be later). I haven't opened it because it was too late to use. My complaint is that they took 10 days to respond to my repeated requests (via 'Chat' and email|) for details of how to return, Eventually (10 days later on Jan. 31st) I had an email saying they would accept a return as 'gesture of good will' but the return must arrive within 7 days of receipt of their email, which is not possible because it is New Year and I am going away to India (the day after they replied). The tone was that I was at fault (there was no apology either for late delivery or for being so tardy in getting back to me about a return and refund). These days, we expect a quick easy return with no questions. Clearly, in the case of this company, if all goes well, customer are satisfied, but if there is any reason for return (for which expense the customer is responsible), the company has not yet got it right. Like some other customers, I am now stuck with an expensive (over £30) table protector that might or might nor come in useful at some time- and I haven't yet opened it to check it's OK. Given the ease and efficiency of other companies, I will not be using this one again.

Arrived very quickly and the quality of the fabric was top notch. Very pleased with it, I will buy from here again.

Item ordered and delivered in excellent condition 2 days later. Bearing in mind this was Xmas week I was sceptical about it arriving in time at all so was delighted.

The ordering process was simple and very easy to do. It arrived when they said, literally in time for Christmas, which l was pleased about as l had left it late.
But the best bit was it was actually much cheaper than Amazon .
I would definitely recommend this company.

Good quality table cover. The product looks like the images online and It appears to be robust. It was easy to order and select the correct size for my table. Delivery was reasonably quick but I did not like that you have to pay extra to have the cover to be delivered rolled up. With standard delivery it came folded with creases, which fortunately fell out after a few days of being used.

Great product at a good price

Product was as described and of good quality. However, although when delivery was described as 'rolled' and this was at a premium cost, I had expected the product to be packaged in a tube or similar. Yes, was rolled but in polythene wrapper which we are not able to use for storage. Just being picky and my thought for making assumption.
