Could NOT be HAPPIER!!! Ordered my daughter an outfit for Halloween. It came on time, beautifully made, nice material and most importantly paid 1/4 the price that Amazon and Etsy were charging. I would absolutely use this company again!!

Ordered a supergirl suit from them and it came in too small (I did measure myself but I’ve done that in the past for other suits). They don’t give refunds if the suit doesn’t fit since it is custom made which I understand. I ordered a second suit with measurements I had someone else take of me and the material is different as well as the suit being too big this time. I don’t particularly recommend if you need custom suits.

This is still in progress BUT: I have placed my order since Dec 6th(with payment of course). Today is Dec 24th. The tracking doesn't even write the current location. It took them a whole week to ship. They do not answer the emails, only the communication via form in their site. The first arriving date estimation was Dec 19. Then, after filling a form and asking when this will be over, they told me that until this week it would have been arrived (today is Saturday) and the tracking hasn't changed since three days ago!! Note that there was no option for fast delivery, I'm already in Europe priority

I ordered my daughter's Christmas present from there. They charged me an extra $30 to get it here on time. Instead of doing so, they have refused to communicate and the only information we received is from the shipping company that says they might deliver it on December 27th.

All details are so beautiful and they're made with high quality materials. The description is accurate and they fit very well. The best quality i can see , I never saw a Keneki maks beautiful as this one. Excellent customer service and really fast shipping with DHL.

This company is trusted and reliable. I have bought several masks here. The mask is awesome. Took for a friend who is fond of anime to give for his birthday. The description is accurate, it came in two weeks. Nothing to dig up. A piece of eggplant on the tooth is a chip of this print, but not very striking.
