DO NOT BUY. My items were never delivered to me. I paid for customs too. I have sent MANY emails since this happened in December 2025 and no reply. Very disappointing service.

Dissaponting
Ordered an item and delivery was 2-4 days. 2 weeks later and I still hadn’t received it so I sent an email. They then said it was out of stock (they didn’t bother to let me know) and they would ship it when it was in stock. It was then shipped out 3 weeks after I initially ordered it, and I still haven’t received it! The customer service is awful, it takes days for your emails to be responded to and the emails are full of spelling mistakes.

Look at T&C'S FIRST / False advertising
Delivery was slow, not due to the companies fault but would have be nice to have been updated on the situation. When the item arrived it was in a beautiful pink bag but I was incredibly disappointed by the items inside. The loungwear had a different brands logo in, the photos had been falsely advertised to make the pants look less baggy, the quality was not good and the pants stitching came loose. Also make it known that you also CAN'T get a refund, only a voucher for the website, ridiculous. Look @ T&C's first.
The owner also keeps trying to get my review deleted even though I've provided proof to trust pilot of my purchase, please work on improving your customer service and quality of clothing instead.
