I went in the new Burnley store on opening day and the staff were so helpful! I bought a blue silk dress and the quality is amazing. I’ll definitely be revisiting!

Most of the products has very low quality.im telling you very low!!! it look stunning on the picture but in hand is poor poor quality.design is beautiful but material is so low quality.they’re shipping was free.the send one of the item by free shipping and when i send the email for the rest of them they email that all the item was packed and coming in one package.3 days after my email they didn’t respond and suddenly i get letter from canada post that i have to pickup in post office.when i got there the post charge me another 79$.what the f…k.is it your free shippin!!!!!.terrible experience,quality and ripoff.don’t waste your money.if you go buy cheaper product from h&mor zara is way better to buy this garbage and being ripped off from them and put your money in garbage.

I ordered a pair of boots prior to going away on holiday (for 8 days). Unfortunately, when I took my tests at the airport to fly home, I tested positive. I was then transported to a government facility to quarantine for a further 10 days still abroad. As soon as I arrived home and opened the parcel, found out they were too big, I contacted Talliah Rose UK to exchange them for a different size. I explained the situation (offered proof of travel, holiday, positive test, quarantine and flights home) and received no response. I then sent them an email following this up on the 23rd December. I then chased again on the 31st December, to which I finally got my first response, informing me that they had a 14 day returns policy and only in extreme circumstances would they honour a 30 day return. However, by the time they finally responded, it had exceeded this time also, meaning I was not granted a refund/exchange. I have had back and forth email exchanges since (which I have had to follow up with other emails to get a response) and they are still not considering the circumstances. I did not choose to deliberately hold onto an item (which one boot hasn’t even left its packaging!) and not return it. I can’t understand why I can’t return a perfectly new, unworn item and then purchase the correct size. It’s not as though they aren’t getting my money, it’s a simple transaction. I think that it’s disgusting that as a merchant they can use COVID to the best ability but when a real life COVID circumstance arises, they turn a blind eye. There has been 0 customer service and they have been no help whatsoever.

After purchasing something on here when it arrived it was faulty, the customer service i received was great, they replied to my email within 1 working day and told me to send the faulty item back and they will refund and reimburse me the postage costs. Fantastic service even though my item was faulty I will be shopping on here again.

I ordered a nude trousers two piece. The trousers came marked. They were very understanding and helpful! I returned the trousers and received new trousers. The delivery was great, didnt take too long either!

I ordered the IVY 5 tiered faux fur coat.
Went to enter my address and it automatically populates it for you however I missed out my apartment number.
I immediately contacted their email address to request my address to be updated.

No response was received so I emailed again the following day.
In short I was advised “emails are checked daily”. They advised me they never received my email and had already sent the package out.
I sent them a screenshot that had the sent details and time of my first original email.

They had the audacity to come back to me and say “during busy periods it can take 48 hours to pick up an email” and they had checked again and not found it.

Rather than apologise straight off the bat they made nothing but excuses and made a half assed apology at the end of the email.

***Again….another display of crappy customer service…
Crap attention to detail, can’t even spell my name right, just like they couldn’t even find my email.
At least I could admit I made an error.
And again I have to try & explain myself
When you enter my address it automatically populates AS I SAID, it takes off the apartment number. Try entering it & see….

And again clearly I did email as I attached a screen shot of my first email.
Rather than sitting here & trying to point out your guidelines & make excuses you could’ve APOLOGISED. My screen shot clearly shows I sent an email to the contact email address provided and if your rubbish system didn’t pick it up, just acknowledge it instead of trying to blame the customer.
You’re still trying to sit here and go back & forth with me.
INSTEAD of trying to identify how my email went missing i.e asking questions such as “which email address did you use, how did you email us etc” asking the usual customer service questions.

I got a two piece in pink. Absolutely stunning quality, great for nights out. 100% recommend

My TalliahRoseUK order number is #33256. I paid a large amount of money for what was the worst quality item of clothing I have ever seen in my life. It arrived with labels of a different brand (?), was EXTREMELY creased and paper thin material - I thought it would rip if I lifted it. This business is a scam, they have Photoshopped her photos on the website to make the clothes appear like they are good quality but they are disgusting quality. She is deleting bad reviews.

Briony Gorton is being fully investigated for fraud and action is being taken, thankfully.
