Man merkt gar nicht so schnell,
das man ein überteuertes Abo abschließt 🤬 Bin gespannt, ob die Kündigung funktioniert.
Dazu kann die App verglichen mit anderen wenig. Anfangs alles gut, dann hatten die bearbeiteten Photos kaum noch Ähnlichkeit mit dem Original oder waren angeblich zu groß zum Bearbeiten.

Fiel leider auch drauf rein, kam allerdings sehr schnell auf den Gedanken bei Trustpilot nachzuschauen - und - Danke an alle Bewerter - konnte noch stornieren.
Schäbig, dass Paypal und Google bei so einem offensichtlichen Betrug mitmachen.

Today, after sending me an unsolicited cancellation of the subscription I did not know I had until they cancelled it Tapicsai sent me a second unsolicited email as follows:

You purchased Tapicsai( URL redacted) on 19 Jul 2026 for EUR 49.90.The service is a subscription service with trial.As you didn't cancel subscription within the trial period (1 day), it auto charged EUR 49.90 per 1 month. So you were charged EUR 49.90 on 19 Jul 2026.

We sent you an email titled "Welcome to Tapicsai", which contains the account and detailed deduction instructions. The subscription is now cancelled auto, you will no longer be charged going forward.

If you need help with your Tapicsai subscription or request refund, please contact us here (contains a link) rather than file a chargeback with your bank. Since the banking process usually takes 6 months, and you may lose the case.

The unsolicited cancellation mail I received yesterday 24 August was the first email I received from them, ever and the €99.80 they have already deducted from my card is now subject to formal chargeback because this is the way.

The link under the word “here” takes you to a site called “Payglide”.

Payglide is designed to protect the scammers, not you:
* It is a Chargeback Deflection Tool: The portal exists to trick victims into taking partial refunds or waiting past their bank's dispute deadlines.
* They Lie About Bank Processing: Payglide will claim a bank chargeback takes "up to 6 months" and that "you will likely lose." This is false. Under card network rules, merchants operating subscription traps without clear pre-contract terms lose these disputes automatically.
* The Goal is Protecting Their Merchant ID: High chargeback rates trigger penalties from Mastercard/Visa and burn their merchant accounts. They use Payglide to keep you from contacting your card issuer.
What to do instead:
Bypassing Payglide entirely and email your bank's Fraud/Dispute department in writing. Demand a Mastercard/Visa Chargeback for Unauthorised/Unlawful Recurring Billing and ask for the merchant string to be placed on the Payment Cancellation Service list.
Do not negotiate with Payglide. Force the formal bank clawback.

Scam, charged 10 cent fee then refunded since it couldnt generate so I was like ye pkay what ever moved on in life then I get notification from google pay saying declined $69 so I thought huh? Checked it and its thsi FRREWISETEC thing it tried 3 times every monday so I thought ph scam but keeps declining so I canceled card and got new card and now 3 weeks later randomly on Sunday I had forgotten about then and they now took $41.40 out of my account!?!?!?!! I contacted my bank asap and getting sorted out now but as 15 year old im very pissed off this is 3 hours of my work stolen from a fraudulent website and still waiting to get money back I currently have 90 cents in account and im worried they some how take more money out again with my new new debit card so ye, they kind of ruining my life right now im not trusting having any money in my spending account as I wait to get my money back, also there support email is run by AI and fake and unhelpful scam

Absolute scam and thieves—do not give this company your money!I paid a tiny 10p fee to use their AI picture tool, only for them to hide a massive subscription in the fine print without any notification. They quietly took £42 from my account for a monthly plan I never wanted or authorized. I only noticed the fraud when they stole another £42 this month. When I contacted customer support to demand a full refund for their deceptive tactics, they only agreed to give me a measly £20 back—which I am still waiting to actually receive.This service is a total rip-off. They use a cheap 10p bait-and-switch trick to steal your card details and rob you blind every month. Stay far away!

Estafa, cómo comentan otras personas y que yo también he picado, pagas 0,10 por una foto de IA y luego te cargan otros 49,90€

Bin leider auch darauf reingefallen... Dass so etwas erlaubt ist. Ich habe keinen Haken gesetzt. Auch ich wollte nur ein Bild bearbeiten für 10 Cent. Die Email anschließend habe ich zu spät gelesen. 50 Euro weg. Paypal hat mir auch nicht geholfen.

They withdraw money without notifying users and have ridiculous policies, like they can refund half of the withdrawn money, etc... It's full of nonsense.

Auch ich kann mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen. Dies ist eine sehr üble Abofalle. Leider können solche Vorgänge immer noch so laufen.

Am nächsten Tag werden 49,90€ abgebucht für ein Abonnement, das ich angeblich abgeschlossen habe und künftig monatlich gezahlt werden soll, falls ich nicht kündige!
Ich habe bei PayPal einen Fall eröffnet und bin gespannt was dabei herauskommt.

Ich kann mich den anderen zwei Bewertungen nur anschließen. Google sagt kostenlos wenn du ein Bild erstellst, kostet es zehn Cent und automatisch wird ein Abo abgeschlossen für knapp 50 € im Monat. Ich kann nur davor warnen.

The company is whole fck scamers . The charge you 0,10€ and later 50 without any information and you can’t get refund or 30% of it also the quality of it suck . Don’t ues this website

I paid a small amount to modify an image, but I was not at all informed that this would result in a recurring Pro subscription. I was subsequently charged **€49.90**.

I did not knowingly authorize or intend to subscribe to a Pro plan. I also did not use the subscription and was unable to access the photos I had paid for.

I contacted customer support and requested a full refund... will change this rating if refunded.

They steal your money
I didn't do any subscription and they took 49.90€ they blocked my email after a few messages to get my money back... scumbags

I contacted customer support and requested a full refund, but they initially offered me only a **50% refund**.

I have provided proof of the €49.90 charge as well as the two €0.10 payments and am currently requesting a full refund.

In my experience, the subscription terms were **not sufficiently transparent**, and I strongly recommend checking the payment conditions very carefully before entering your card details.

I would not recommend using this service unless the pricing and subscription conditions are made much clearer.

Apply unauthorised charges to your credit card; they already have an automated machine to reply to client complaints and offer you a 50% discount without checking anything (you get ellaborsted replies within 1 minute of having sent an email). Fully uncompliant with EU Consumer protection legislation.

die vermeintliche kostenlose KI-Bildbearbeitung entpuppte sich als Monatsabo für 49,90 EUR, wenn nicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden gekündigt wird, bei der Kontoanlage wurden überraschend 0,10 EUR abgefordert und 24 Stunden später kam der Hammer mit dem Monatsabo, was nicht ersichtlich gekennzeichnet wurde
