I’m not usually one for leaving reviews, but I felt I needed to share this experience.
I purchased a car on finance five years ago from another dealer in Crawley, and the experience was so awful that I was really apprehensive about buying another car. That all changed when I walked into Taylor’s Pitstop and was greeted by Paul from the sales team.
Paul restored my faith in the car industry. From start to finish, his friendly and professional approach was outstanding, and he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Thank you, Paul.
After 6–8 weeks, I noticed excessive play in the steering wheel, and all my old doubts started creeping back in. I assumed I’d be given the runaround when taking it back under warranty. Then I spoke to Nick on the service desk.
Nick’s friendly, calm, and approachable manner was refreshing. There was no hesitation at all — the car was booked in, diagnosed, and repaired without so much as an issue.
To keep this review honest, the only slight gripe I have is more about the warranty itself. My reverse sensors stopped working after only a few months, and unfortunately that isn’t covered, which is a little frustrating. However, Nick pointed me in the direction of a local company who can replace them, which I plan to do when funds allow.
