Been with TCGSync about a year and a half. Systems and development have come a long way in that time. The features and capabilities of this system are huge and next level for a CCG company. It's never been a perfect system things break but it has always been fixed and immediate system issues have been fixed as fast as possible. I do 100% think that support/ticket system could use some work, as when offering a B2B software. Downtime and features not working can be crucial to a company and honestly frustrating. I think this software is headed in the right direction and is awesome. As far as features go it's on par if not better than what something like a binderpos offers without the ridiculous transaction fees.
