The order was sent the same day with quick delivery, and the product was well packaged. I received a tracking number via email. Overall, it is a great company to order from.

Resposta da TCGTriarch
Hi Janek, thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear about the delivery issues you have experienced.
However, we want to clarify a few things for transparency: we have been in active contact with you (since yesterday when you contacted us) throughout this process and have been communicating with DPD on your behalf to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We have never told you to wait one more day. The delivery issue originates with DPD, which is outside of our direct control.
We have not ignored you, in fact, we are still in ongoing communication with you at this moment while this review has been posted.
We hope to resolve this for you very soon.
Service was quick and easy
Service was quick and easy. Only annoyance was the lack of space in the cardboard box. I couldn’t get it out. 😅

Fijne service
Snelle verzending.

TCGTriarch
