"A big shout out to Alex"
After purchasing multiple machines from T C Harrison, I got in touch with Alex Alcock to source some specific attachments for my machines, dealing with Alex was a masterclass in product knowledge, its rare to find someone with his level of technical data and expertise. He understood my work load and with his honesty, support and guidance I have the correct attachments for all my machines.
Alex isn't just selling but solving problems for his customers, I came in for attachments but Alex helped me see how the JCB Duel Drive 3CX could improve our site efficiency and performance, thanks to his technical guidance I walked away with a top spec JCB Duel Drive 3CX machine and the perfect set of attachments.
Looking forward to my next purchase from T C Harrison
Thanks again " Alex"

Service we have received since opening up MKM tool hire in Boston has been second to none. Shout out to Alex who is always on hand to help with anything we need or come to site to go through any query we have. His knowledge and expertise is beyond doubt. When we desperately needed a new machine on a quick turnaround he got it to us the same day. Top service as always and a pleasure to deal with.

We have worked with TCH JCB for many years, purchasing teletruks, loading shovels and excavators.
Arron Wiblin for our teletruks purchases has been very knowledgable and transparent for the required specification needed for our application. As a customer we have felt that the service and after sales have been dealt with promptness and we continue our long relationship with TCH JCB.

Most recently bought 8 machines from TC Harrisons, HTD5's, micros and 16c diggers. A few teething issues when they arrived but Alex Alcock was sure to have them rectified quickly either over the phone or having an engineer attend. Alex goes out his way to make sure we get the best JCB experience.

We bought our first JCB machines from TC Harrison JCB Lincoln in1998 and have had dozens more since, along with attachments from Alex, we’ve developed an outstanding relationship between our companies over almost 30 years and can’t recommend them highly enough

A special mention to Alex, Robert, Pete, and Jamie in the service department. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help never go unnoticed. It makes a real difference working with a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
