Lots of jobs on the site but if you cannot get two references verified (even though you have no control on a public school in Uzbekistan not having an official email address) Good site if you have a PGCE. If you have an iPGCE I would maybe look elsewhere as you won't get many opportunities and what you do get will be the schools that no one applies for.
