Poor customer service (Koby) they need to receive better training.
And they do not honor their policy.
Be careful when you buy things there.

I registered just to leave this review, that's how annoyed I am. Purchased an in-stock and on sale product 5 days ago. They didn't bother fulfilling my order even though it has been in-stock for 5 days!! Today I receive an email saying they are cancelling my order and it's out-of-stock. Garbage experience, garbage company that will go out of business. Thanks for the 15% off discount code, but I will never (attempt to) purchase anything again.

I ordered an item at Christmas only to have them cancel the order due to no stock. It took them 4 days to figure out they didn't have the item and then to apologize they offered me a discount code for less than the savings of the order I just had cancelled (classy). Then the website had the hat back in stock at full price, when I emailed to ask what happened I got Kody (with a K) who was less than useless. Customer service was brutal. If you get stuck with Kody (with a K) then you may as well just forget about getting any help. I just started coaching a new baseball team and we were encouraged to use Source for Sports, now I am seeing why. These guys will pretend to be customer service focused, but they are definitely not.
